I'm glad she is getting better and is good enough to stream again. The entire ordeal seemed frustrating and painful. Good thing Mio has that wolf toughness in her.
She’s so strong. The fact that Mio only noticed the change in their behaviour and not the damage being done to her really speaks volumes as to how resilient she is. Regardless, I hope she recovers fully and has her health monitored for about a month after her discharge date.
For the record the reason the hospital took ther right away is this can kill you. I had the same thing from gallstones and after they looked at me was admitted right away. Month in a hospital, no food, no drink, only an IV and pain killers added in the IV.
Wait, seriously!? And Mio just casually described it as if this thing just sort of happens.... I know it was to ease our concerns a little, but this Wolf is built different.
Yeah, the treatment of Pancreatitis is very rough with the patients, but they can't eat or drink because we don't want to stimulate the pancreas in this condition.
This is really interesting to me from a clinical pov. I work in an acute surgery ward and one of the common things we have is acute pancreatitis. It’s super weird to hear her say they put her on total bed rest and banned her from bathing. Here in the UK we would encourage rest but still say you should mobilise as you can to promote mobility, and definitely still shower (you can protect IV sites if you’re smart about it). It could be an error in translation but it suggests there’s quite a different approach in Japan for healthcare which is weird to hear. 😅 Hope Mio is feeling much better though!
The translation is good, so the approach is probably different. A bit later in the stream she says they moved her bed up - she describes the 'wiiiiiz' sound very cutely - and as it happened she immediately felt bad and threw up. I would assume they wanted to avoid stimulating her body like that with the early no bathing or shower? She also talks about slowly being allowed to drink or 'eat' and how it was a 'food gacha' at the hospital wether she'd get something she was comfortable eating or not. Also doing some fun fever dreams and feeling like Cleopatra or a super VIP with all the nurses at her command xD It was a pretty interesting stream, perhaps some other parts will be clipped later.
Mio! 😭I'm so glad she's alright! She had to endure so much, but she's back! Whatever powers that be, please keep this precious wolf safe and strong from now on 🙏

Omg poor Mio 😭 very unfortunate what happened, stress can be lethal. Everyone, working is not the most important thing in life. I'm glad she's recovering.

Wow, just hearing it makes me want to curl up and whimper. I am happy that she feels better now and hope she'll fully recover. (Can't imagine it's all fine just now.)
Been praying for her ever since I heard she fell ill. Glad she was able to recover; acute pancreatitis can very much be fatal (although, to be fair, any part of the body that decides to rupture is potentially fatal, regardless of the organ). Hope she takes it easy over the next few months just to make sure she can fully recover and be back to her funny mama-wolf self!

@@SingularCherubimI know it sounds worse, but appendicitis is less bad in the long term. You cut it out and never have to worry about it ever again in your life. Getting acute pancreatitis once raises the odds of getting it again later, especially if you don’t address the cause, which can be many things because it’s a sensitive organ. If it’s something direct like alcohol, that’s easy, but something vague like stress and it’s a lot more complicated.
@@DinnerForkTongue Both are bad, but unfortunately acute pancreatitis is worse when you look at things in the long-term. Appendicitis is usually resolved completely with appendectomy. Having an episode of pancreatitis not only increases your risk of getting it again, but it also significantly increases your risk of developing pancreatic cancer, which is the cancer with the lowest survival rate.

@@IamStrangreen I'm imagining that Mio was starving, but it was for her own good.
@@Bakuganluver23 Yeah, I know that the treatment sounds bad, but like you said, it's for her own good.
Mio, worry not, for we are just happy you are okay!
... and she turned her entire hospitalization ordeal, into a 1-hour content.
PROFESSIONALISM!!!!
Might as well get something positive out the bad experience
Thank you so, so much for translating this, Major Arcana!
I am really grateful!
Hope you're doing well too!
Mio is as beautiful as the day we lost her. Wishing her the best in health and well being! And lastly, Mio's heart is in the center of her chest =3
Wow Mio should teach us biology as a series, that is surprisingly easy to understand nice diagram wow
Poor Mio, really glad she is doing better now. I could only get the general picture from the live stream so thank you for the translation.
poor mio-chan, glad she's okay,
pancreas damage is scary, she's so lucky she lives in a country with a real healthcare system.
Hope Mio is feeling much better though!
Also doing some fun fever dreams and feeling like Cleopatra or a super VIP with all the nurses at her command xD
It was a pretty interesting stream, perhaps some other parts will be clipped later.
Thank you for the clip! We missed Mio a lot!❤
I'm glad she's OK.
Mio! 😭I'm so glad she's alright!
She had to endure so much, but she's back!
Whatever powers that be, please keep this precious wolf safe and strong from now on 🙏
She's here!!!!
So glad Mio got treatment and is recovering. We will all do our best to make her feel better!
Glad that Mio is not only back, but that she’s feeling much better. it’s crazy how intense this could be but she powered through it, sasuga mio
thanks for the translation
welcome back miosha, and welcome back Arcanaさん
2 months of mionium deficit is hard. but everyone is happy miosha returned healthy.
try being a nakiri fan
@@Hugsloth
nakirium is the rarest of rare elements. exposed too much may cause cuteness overdose.
still we love ojou for what she is, so asking for more nakirium is out of question...
(still hope ojou would stream more though笑)
her professionalism on explaining her serious condition while still being very entertaining and very educational is very impressive, she is indeed a senior streamer
sasuga mio-mama-senpai-sama
god i’m so happy she’s recovering and doing well now
Welcome back, Arcana, in conjunction with our wolf mama. I was able to catch this live, watching with 90K+ other Miofa (Y'all are awesome) but didn't understand the ailment until she got to her cute illustration talking about her acute pancreatitis (pancreas shouldn't go boom XD;; ). I'm glad she's doing better and got support from her mane-chan, fellow holomems, as well as the patient and understanding Miofa.
Thanks for the translation! I don't imagine all the medical speak made it easy, but we appreciate you making it available to us to understand! o7 Looking forward to Mio streams (and translations) to come!!
I'm glad she's okay, welcome back Miosha!
God, Miosha went through a lot, but I'm glad she's better. I really like how she still did all those cute drawings to explain what she went through. It's nice that Miosha is back but I hope she still prioritizes her health...
Thanks for th clip/update man cheers. Mioshaaaaaa
Welcome back Mio mama and major arcana.
Guys, remember to drink at least 6 cups ( 2.5 lt) of water everyday.
I've been told 6 glasses many times, but 6 liters?
That's a gallon and a half.
Asking a lot there.
@@1stCallipostle you're right let me corrected it first. Lol thanks
Thank you Major Arcana always for uploading Miomama's vids. I am glad she is well and streamed her situation.
_"My main goal is to blow up; and then act like I don't know nobody."_
- Mio's pancreas
Welcome back, Mio, and nice to see clips again, Major Arcana! Mio really went through a lot over the past 2 months, but I am very happy to see her back in action!
Omg poor Mio 😭 very unfortunate what happened, stress can be lethal. Everyone, working is not the most important thing in life.
I'm glad she's recovering.
Miosha... oh my god... that was a rough two months for sure. I'm glad she recovered.
Miosha is BACK! Also, that acute pancreatitis, that’s very serious. Very fortunate she’s ok.
It's lovely to have Mio back. As someone who has live with this condition my heart goes out to her. It is brutally painful.
I sincerely hope she takes it slow and gets on top of the cause.
Thank you so much for the translation. So happy see Mio back
Better presentation than some of my nursing instructors. Let's hope she stays healthy.
Jeez, that sounds like a nightmare for anyone to go through. I wouldn't wish anyone to go through that, let alone one of my favorite Holomembers. Mio has been one of my biggest sources of comfort out of everyone in Hololive, so worrying about her and hearing about what she went through did not put me at ease. I'm thankful that she's feeling better now, because I don't want to imagine what Hololive would be like without her.
I am just so glad to see her back and healthy that I don't even know what else to say aside from welcome back, Miosha!! And you too, Arcana!
I'm happy that she is feeling better. Take one step after another and don't overload yourself.
Glad to have Mio back and on the mend because that could have very easily been much more serious and permanent.
Damn, close call... I'm glad Mio is back, and thank you for translating the explanation. 🙏🏻
PS I think the "recommendation" was probably a "referral", although I have no doubt Mio made an excellent patient.
Mio art display that she used to explain what happened was very cute and I am glad that she is well enough to resume streaming. Also glad that it wasn’t a more severe level of reaction. Here’s to a full recovery for Miosha!!
I've had acute pancreatitis twice, the first time was almost a rupture x-x I feel your pain Mio-mama, here's to your health!
Thanks Arcana you Always do the best Mio clip top work, glad Mio is back and she is feeling well .❤
Man, that's really rough. I'm glad that Mio-mama has recovered from that whole ideal.
"So my pancreas just exploded."
Dear god, she's become so anime she describes how she's dying like a JoJo character.
Holy sht. This happen to my uncle 2 years ago. Thankfully he's safe and healthy now
thank you so much for the translation !❤ I watch her live but couldn't understand but i watch it still because i miiss miosan, your doing god work🫶
I already knew Mio is on a hospital, but my god.
Glad she is okay now.
Yoo welcome back Arcana it's been awhile, this might sound weird out of nowhere but i hope you're happy and well! Take care!
MIO-SHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!
This whole situation was worrying me for quite a while, so I was beyond relieved when she announced she got discharged from the hospital. This was about as bad as I expected and it must have been hell, but I'm so glad she's been able to recover. It's just really nice to hear her voice again!
Thanks for the subs!
I'm so glad she's back, back then i assumed it was her appendix, either way, I'm glad she's fine now
This may sound bad, but I really think this is the better alternative to a ruptured appendix. God bless she recovered well 🙏🏼
@@DinnerForkTongue Oof, yeah, bad as "digestive enzymes outside of the gut" is, "gut flora outside of the gut" is worse.
@@OmegaGlops You're not wrong, but I said _ruptured_ appendix, not just infected.
Wow that’s dangerous!
Im so so glad shes okay…
This is so scary... But Mio-sha is so strong. If I was hospitalized I would want my friends and family to come visit me often and encourage me to get better... Mio-sha is strong enough that she didn't want her friends to see her at her worst. (Probably because she doesn't want them to remember her like that.)
I feel bad for Mio-sha.. I hope she continues taking care of her health. I hope our Wolf-mama will always be healthy from now on! ^_^
As a Clips Gourmand i wasnt even aware she wasnt around for 2 months.
Glad though she is back and healthy.
Mio-sha's calm explanation about her illness does not ease the fact that it EXPLODED. What the fck
glad mio is better now. she can take as much time as she needs to recover fully.
Must be the work of a Stand User!
Glad she's fine now! 🖤
Oof, sounds awful, but definitely glad it's wasn't anything worse. Super happy to have her back!
Thanks for the clip too arcana!
I mean, if she is explaining her case with the word "exploded" then it must has been a case of Necrotizing Pancreatitis, which has a rate of mortality over 35%, I think that is worst enough.
add to that 2 months hospitalization with no ability to freely move outside I hope Mio mama can overcome that trauma
Thanks for the video, Arcana. I'm glad to see that Mio is well now.
I'm just glad that Mio is able to recover and joke about it!
poor Miosha! I'm glad she is much better though
Mio giving a small Biology lesson about her condition is pretty cool
First thing to avoid pancreas related sickness is drinking your fill of Mineral Water every day (usually it's around 2 - 4 Litres minimum per day, the more the better)
so Please drink your mineral water everyone.
As for Mio mama, I am so happy she returned in a better condition now.. I hope for her health to be even better. 😢❤
