Can a LIVE CHAT Help Me Beat A Level While Being BLIND & DEAF???

- Thanks to my good 'friend' CarlSagan42, he told me I should try taking on the Endless Easy BLIND challenge where Twitch chat has to guide you to beat a level! Sadly, I was having difficulties with audio, so I decided to take it one step further and try and beat a level not only BLIND, but also DEAF! I had to rely solely on chat to guide me to victory! Were they successful? Watch and find out!!

I feel like this would have been funnier WITH sound.
Judging by Poo's stream, it did give him a bit more intel, like when to pause, leading to more wins and less chat trolls. Many funny moments but more a sense of want to see him succeed.
I agree with you. Blind AND deaf challenge is boring, he can't even know if the game is paused or if he is dead. It would be fun if he could at least hear what it is happening (like he did once in mario maker 1).
yes, and also it was really painful to watch DGR enthusiastically try to play while he was dead and spawning... i love to watch DGR bumble as much as the next viewer, but that just made me feel really sorry for him ^^;
Dave actually did do an attempt with sound after this in the same stream. There may not be footage on TH-cam but I’m pretty sure the VOD’s still on Twitch if you look through his channel!
I eventually got the sound issue figured out...there is a part 2 to this video where I play with sound and it goes much smoother lol 😄

Yes!! After one and a half year of asking you finally did it. In 100 Mario challenge this would be much easier because you have more lives and no clear condition.
Next time please have sound on. Then you can hear if you are paused, hitting powerups, Bowser spitting fire and more... and you will (maybe) clear more levels.

I love when he watches himself being inches away from the goal and still dying, then goes back to the level with twenty claws and no ground, and he claims: "I think we could have beaten this."

I just realised some th ing: this is like one of those comador 64 games where it's just text... only this time, it's with a half reliable chat.

Crazy and fun gameplay. Liked it. would like to place another idea: co op with another Mario maker streamer and let one play a level (can’t see) and the other one is live drawing the level on a screen the player can see. Bit of a planning but I am sure it would be hilarious to watch

I'm loving it so far, 13 minutes in, and I hope mid-way you'll find a way to giver yourself audio. I think you would enjoy the challenge a lot more to at least hear if you're paused or hit an obstacle etc :)

This was a fun stream i am glad i got to see it twice. Sitting there watching but being banned from chat was funny because i could not help idk why i found it so funny! That was what really made my day.

I really dislike online chatting or live streaming chats because if you have a lot of people typin and sendin' at the same time, then it gets a fiasco of messages, however there are also trolls on livestream chats, like one day I was doing a speedrun with a livestream chat on and i was 10 minutes over cuz some idiot said: "Go right"

This challenge was so fun to watch, you should totally do it again! But next time, put the webcam footage somewhere else so that it doesn't hide the level name.
