  • We take you to the famous Screamer Mine in California and detect for gold in the tunnel and tailing piles. And what we find is truly jawdropping. We take Debbie Smikoski from MineLab and Kevin Hoagland from the GPAA out with us for their expertise on metal detectors and geology/lode mining. This is an unforgettable day of mining.
AMRA is a not-for-profit small mining and public land use advocacy association who fights to keep our public lands open and keep the crazy government from closing more of our roads. We fight every day to stop the tyranny that we all see today. Please consider making a small donation to our legal fund.

GREAT video. To be able to see what we're looking for is worth more than a ton of that ore.

Awesome video! Angels Camp holds a special place in my heart. My grandparents lived there for almost 30 years. Visiting as a child sparked my love of mining history and history in general. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏼

Excellent video. I’ve had all of the Minelabs except the GPZ 7000 and the GPX6000. Still have the SDC2300, GPX 5000 (modified), the Gold Monster and the Equinox 800. I’ve been using a detector for gold for 25 +years and use to see Kevin at the Foresthill Pioneer days when Chip Privett was alive and had his Minelab booth set up. That back in the day when Kevin worked for Minelab.

Great video guys , and Kevin is spot on if you follow the history & geology you can find some very incredible areas. January of this year I was blown away with where I was and what I was finding. The old timers were good but they were not great or atleast all of them.

Hey how are you able to mine that area without mineral rights? I know your amra so you would know the legal way. This place looks exactly like a place I been going to for years.
