Rivals of Aether Workshop Showcase: Yellow! (Animator VS. Animation)

Never thought I'd see the day when the guys from a childhood animation get made into a Smash Bros. kind of character yet here we are. Welcome back to a new Rivals of Aether showcase featuring the one and only, Yellow from the hit flash animation series "Animator VS Animation". (That is a name I haven't heard in eons) This character was created by Muno, bringing a unique playstyle involving a staff that alters his move set at the cost of a meter. From the long-ranged attacks to the blocks you can create I think it's safe to assume this is a more fun version of Steve (Despite there already being a better Steve made probably) I really like this a lot.

Also worth noting that the blocks from the tilts and down smash can be sent in any direction. He only ever sends up tilt blocks upwards for example, but you can send them left, right and down as well.

What does the bar on Yellow’s damage display mean?

when you attack with the staff out, it uses up 1 bar segment, when you run out, you can’t use the staff until the bar fully recharges. the bar only starts recharging after it’s been used up.
