Here are some Easter Eggs related to certain Palettes. Palette #16, ILLEGAL INSTRUCTION 000E0X0E0, is not as advertised in either his regular or Super Sonic palettes. Rather, it's a reference to multiple Sonic.exe creepypastas (note the three letters in between all those zeroes), with the initial palette being based on Lord X, before he switches to a more stereotypical Sonic.exe palette in-game- he has a unique starting pose using the initial palette. Curiously, he is also the only Sonic Palette to _never_ use Super Sonic's spritework- even if you transform using the Chaos Emeralds Buddy, Rune M or select the Super Sonic Palette, he will retain normal Sonic's spritework. Speaking of, Palette 16 also has a unique mini face-icon for at the end of a battle, different from all the other versions. Palette #20, False Chaos and Rage, is unique in that you cannot select the Super Sonic Palette with him. Rather, whenever he enters boost mode (or transforms, if you're using Rune M or the Chaos Emeralds buddy), his spritework will change to that of Super Sonic, as he's based off of the Dark Super Sonic seen in Sonic X. Palette #21, It's him, has a unique sound effect for performing tricks off of landed hits, that being the taunt sound effect from Pizza Tower. This makes sense, considering that said palette is referencing Snick from Pizza Tower. Uniquely to Palette #0, Blue Blur (The default), if you use his Super Sonic Palette and then transform using the Chaos Emeralds Buddy, he will become Hyper Sonic. The other Palettes that can choose to play as Super Sonic will instead merely get Hyper Sonic's rainbow-coloured aura (EXCEPT the exe palette, which instead has its color locked on whatever color the aura was when Sonic finished transforming). This is also possible if you equip both Rune M and the Chaos Emeralds Buddy, then transform using the Emeralds' Double Jump first (which will fail to turn Sonic into Super Sonic), then Rune M's taunt to transform. Then, you can use Rune M's taunt to transform _again_ into Hyper Sonic. Lastly, a tip: Sonic can actually get crazy distance from his up special! First, you use his up special, then use your down special into the rainbow ring, which will fling you further into the air. From there, Sonic can also perform a trick during the ascent's animation to get even more additional airtime.

You can go Dark by using the Fake Chaos pallete, as your Boost meter now transforms you. You can go Hyper by starting the fight as Super and equipping the Chaos Emeralds buddy to transform again.
It should be noted that for the Fake Chaos Palette, filling the boost meter DOESN'T transform you if you have the Chaos Emeralds buddy active, as you instead need to use those to go Dark.
Would've been nice to have a Hyper Sonic pallet for Super Sonic where he flashes colors. Eh, can't win them all I guess. Hope you do other Sonic characters in the future.

This is Sick af one of my favourite looking ones yet, But I feel like Super Sonic should always be in the "boost" state considering hes yaknow Super Sonic On top of changing his up special to maybe a flying boost upwards since Super can fly and doesnt need a rainbow ring.
this looks pretty sick, idk how i feel about the gradual increase in speed for movement tho. but other than that you've done a great job, keep up the work (nice sonic battle intro reference btw)

@averagetemp3014 There aren't any videos of Scourge in Rivals as far as I'm aware. There's multiple Lilacs in Workshop though the one I did (Remastered) is the only one with custom sprites, but only has a single video showcasing the mod (made by Bloody_Foxy) and there's a Spark which you can easily find by searching "Rivals of Aether Spark" on TH-cam. I don't think I can post links in TH-cam comments.
Fun fact: there are 2 types of super sonic in this character, 1 is the skin which is just cosmetic & the other is an abyss rune which actually buffs sonic when he transforms, adds a rings mechanic, makes opponents drop rings by hitting them & makes you lose 1 per second as super sonic, i wonder if by combining both type of super sonic if you turn into hyper sonic though
Believe it or not, when one masters Bar Kun's Sonic, he is a comboing menace. His neutral air is pretty much a juggle move if one immediately descends after the first hit, then a small hop, then the neutral air, then the descent, rinse and repeat till hard to reach. I can also do a combo of forward air > D-tilt > U-tilt > and if possible, the neutral air juggle technique He's very powerful if you master him
Apparently sonic has 2 super sonics, the costume you used & an actual super sonic transformation from 1 of the abyss runes But i wonder if using the transformation version while in the costume version would be hyper sonic🤔

While I love the mod overall, I was kinda disappointed there's absolutely nothing referencing frontiers, no cyber sonic skin, no sage skin, no super sonic 2/full power super sonic, nothing. I even would've settled for something like different attacks when playing as super sonic that are from frontiers...
