Looks really nice. However I just can't understand where the pricing comes from. I build a lot of small electric vehicles (pevs). So I know parts pricing pretty well. I'm sure there is a lot of r & d involved but it just seems way over priced.

You build what? I've been building quality lithium ion battery packs for around 10 years. To build a battery the same a the one used here would cost around £500 using samsung 21700 cells. I terms of wiring, how much do you actually think is involved? There are basically only 3 components, motor, controler and battery. The things you say make you sound like you haven't got a clue. What with the insults? Can't you have a reasonable conversation? As I'd already said I think this kit looks great, just can't tally the price.
