Nice to see people finally getting it! I been converting My Real Vespas and Lambrettas since the 90's much to the dismay of absolutely every gas buffer around lol. No I take pink slips with my 1964 GT (British TV)200 converted to 72v 10kw LiFePo4 130ah 0-100mph in 1.7 seconds, top speed of 145 mph (hopefully soon 160mph if I don't kill myself trying) and 12" tyre and rim upsizing, Hand Built Swing Arm SO far, getting about 850 K per charge which is fantastic. Way more than any Car, Truck, Bike in Petrol lol. 34 minutes to charge from 15% empty to 85% full via speed charger thank you very much! . Keep it up mate! Looks like the Retrospective Scooters UK pop in E Kit you're using there. Not bad at all! I had and have to make my Owen swing arms from scratch for type of serious speeds and long range driving I do.

Thanks for the review. I am on the fence of doing it for a 52 Allstate wide frame.

So I just priced it out if you were to completely do this conversion from scratch components. Would cost around 1k for all the parts and then whatever price a battery pack would run you. Definitely worth it in my book if you have decent fabrication skills. Otherwise, you would be stuck with a five to $6000 price tag that comes with kit...

Look me up on "ModernVespa.com". There's a whole kit break down and a link to an unlisted video on my youtube channel showing the kit and everything that is included. Just search "bernietime" and the thread will pop up. Thanks!

I'm holding out for a battery that can get at least 100 miles in a single charge and do around 60 miles an hour. Until then it's not worth it for me, but that said this is amazing.

Totally agree! Solid state batteries are currently in development and show promising signs of high range, fast charging times, and low heat generation. It all sounds too good to be true but I’m still hopeful!

@@bernietime that would be great. I have a 1966 J range Lambretta which i want to convert at some point but need to make it worthwhile due to only being able to do it once.
