Nice review Kyle and I agree with all your takes. Lectric introduced a lot of people to ebikes. In my experience riding the American River bike trail for over 4 years and 20K+ miles, I don't see many Lectrics out there. I see more Bolton/Area 13 bikes and of course other brands. We have friends who bought Lectric and seldom ride them and I would say that is more the standard case. Lectric is a low cost, well know brand and they timed their bike introduction well with COVID bringing in a lot of customers. They are very customer friendly and that, more than the quality of the products has made them successful.
Thanks for putting in the work. The problem with these behemoths is they punish you with no rear suspension and need a massive system to get you to the trails IMO.
I need a bike that can pass for class 2 or 3 but can hang in traffic at 40 mph or better. If I ever needed a folding bike to keep in the trunk of a car, I would consider a Lectric for sure.
You should ask them to let you stand there an witness them dyno it in their lab, then have them come and bring it, (after watching it sealed for shipment,) and take it to your lab to dyno to see how close the numbers match. (Just for shits and giggles and accuracy in comparison, while having them there to answer any questions about discrepancies...)
Thanks for going out there and doing all this work for us!

I'm Glad to see this review. I was thinking of buying one, but now Don't think It's a good bike for the price. (the xpeak)

Winner winner chicken dinner
Funny how this pops up just as I'm watching "Maximum ChargeEV"s video of the Lectric One review 😂

Just to see how closely your numbers not only match but, when they don't maybe the two of you can determine the differences in the figures.
How would you compare it to the Aventon Adventure 2?
Rocky
I have a similar bike, Troxus Explorer. It's way too stiff and way too heavy for the dirt. Great for commuting tho.
Yeah, I find rattles like that very annoying.
