Acts pretty childish(not in a hateful way I just don’t know how to explain it) Holds a stuffed bunny at school, sucks on a pacifier when she gets really stressed. She tends to have bad panic attacks and hides in my arms. I took up the role of being a mother figure to her after I found out what happened to her. If you’ve read this far, congratulations. I’m running on very little sleep at the moment. But just know there are people who are accepting of trauma. I’m figuring out how I possibly have an eating disorder, an anxiety disorder, and ptsd. I show signs of it and my friends and few family members are worried

I was scared to tell my boyfriend about my age regression, but luckily he took it very well and he's such an amazing caregiver to me.. I go into littlespace a lot due to dealing with a lot IRL. Family issues, almost done with school, mental health, ect. It helps me and also is a way i cope with trauma. And he has no issue with me regressing. It's the sweetest thing to me. I love him for it. 💕

ivenevereven heard of it before but like its already smth that i do just like mentally obv cant do anything else like clothes or the way i act or stuff idkbc dont have the option to buy stuff but that and like fantasizing or whatever plus idont have likea friend or partner (wellkidnaodbuuutyeah) nd just like ghhh most i can do is just hug a pillow but like it doesnt really do anything nd ive another totally completely healthy coping mechanism ndits more of just a way to stop having an episode about whatever i am or whatever and just kinda swap it to thatsoit still like always ends with said healthy coping mechanism
