As an FYI, Jomtien Beach road is a one way in the opposite direction you were traveling. You got lucky not to get a ticket. Southbound is the correct way. Ride safe.
Thank you very much for the info we did happen to realise this after driving the wrong way a few times😅🤦🏼♀️ we got stopped on walking street for going the wrong direction too but thankfully the police officer was really friendly👌
