Great video Mark….! Olight make some great stuff….! Something for everyone…👍🏻😎 And I think their prices are good too …! I’ve noticed that the Olight website has some good deals too…😎 Good selection of different models in your review… I really like the look of the i2R2 pro…😎 Enjoyed the video… catch you soon mate…😎❤️👍🏻
I think all of these are really good, they are well made, bright, easy to operate, lightweight, durable and very important where I live, they dont freak out in the cold. My favorite has to be the i1R2 though, simply from being rechargable, absolutely bulletproof and small enough that it permanently lives on my keychain. I actually ended up buying a 10pack of those after my first one, gave some out and kept a few for myself haha
Glad you like them! I am trialling the imini2 on my keychain for a few weeks then will switch to the i1R2. Not that there was anything wrong with the i3E EOS. I just fancied a change!!!
I've got a few flights. Always wait for the sales as they reduce them dramatically. I've got the i mini 2 atm on the keys. And loving it. Cheers, MB! 🤝
Great topic! Thanks for posting! I chose the Skillhunt EK1 over the Olight i1R 2 Pro. The Skillhunt is smaller, and they offer a Nichia 219 version with neutral white and high CRI. This is a great light to clip to any keychain or SAK. Mine is attached to my car key fob. The iMini 2 is fun to fidget with, but the use case is pretty limited at single output of 50 lumens. I wouldn't want to use that on a menu at a romantic restaurant or when trying not to awake my wife early in the morning. I use a different Olight set up on my main keys: the Olink magnetically connected to a Perun 2 Mini. The keys etc. connect to the little round carabiner. The Perun 2 Mini is legit, and does not turn on in my pocket. It's great to be able to disconnect the flashlight and use it as a standalone. It's also great to have a strong magnet in my EDC. I have used the magnet for retrieval purposes as well as a stud finder (magnetically connects to the nails/screws in the stud).
I like Olight. They make great flashlights at reasonable prices. I have several but for edc I have an i3t eos on my leatherman pouch and an i1r 2 in my edc bag. I think a good flashlight is an essential part of any edc.👍
I like the IR2s modes, but I like being able to replace the battery. Would love a replaceable but rechargeable batter. I feel like the magnetic one would come off in my pocket. Great video Mark! !
the Lumintop-Frog blows all of the Olight mini's away. It's over 600 lumens and has ramp up and down lighting mode that none of Olight's have. You can get them on sale for $25-ish. Rovyvon makes great mini's also but they are pricey and don't have ramping. Ramping usually means a pricey flashlight but the Frog is at a good price and you can make it a full size flashlight with extension tubes and it has even more power. Frog's are where it's and no knife reviewer shills like Olight has all over TH-cam

Definitely worth waiting for the olight sales. I've just switched out the imini2 replacing it with the i1R2, to give them each a decent trial.

Yep Olight make some cool flashlights. Fully agree about them being essential to EDC....

I've been carrying the magnetic one for over a week now and it's not come off yet...

I'll check out the Lumintop. I haven't seen that. I bought all of these myself.
