For me Sangria after her new nerf will be still S tier, cause her 2nd presence didn't make she S tier hunter. That what makes Sangria S Tier hunter is fact she has all what she needs at 0 presence, she starts with all what she needs, and this is a true problem with Sangria, that's why I think she will be a S-tier until Netease change her 0 presence.

I’d move spider into warp viable or even niche. With her buff, her chase basically ensures that she doesn’t need blink. If she has like 70-80 webs. And warp has the added benefit of giving her map pressure which she lacks on big maps and is her only weakness. I use warp on her purely for that reason because it’s more useful than teleport in terms of camping and pressuring ciphers, and catching survivors like priestess or embalmer.
As a Hell Ember main (and I know that doesn't necessarily mean anything), I don't think I've pulled off the mid-air puppet dropdown hit once. It's just really not worth attempting imo. And Im the type of person who loves to experiment with goofy strats, especially with Hell Ember. Hell Ember can be a very inconsistent hunter in general imo. Puppet hits, Phantom hits, Puppet tricks, how fast you get your Prescence, a lot of it can be very dependent on survivors decisions or 50/50 mind games. And because of this, I kinda get why they're skeptical of buffing Hell Ember. Because he has so many quirks, that if they were able to make consistent value, he could be rather oppressive. Or maybe that's just my bias. I find Hell Ember way too mechanically interesting and fun to play lol.

Nah do not lump her with mad eyes that crazy. Dream witch has an actual chase and better cipher pressure. Quite easy to set up a three cipher lock endgame if you know what your doing. Yes new survivors are able to pull distance which has dropped her down but not so much that she’s in b.
Haven’t watched the video but I believe Dongx pulled a clutch 4K against GG this IVL. So it’s something you still have to keep in mind. Definitely not S tier anymore imo but is always a threat. As seen with Sprintzer vs TE in COA.

The way Percys charge strike works is that you can do it once when below 50 energy and it won’t damage unless you charge it up to about 60% ish. When you have above 50 energy and perform a charge strike but don’t damage with it, you can do a second one after the first is over
i’m a wu chang and opera singer main and wu chang is honestly amazing if you know how to use him. i always get at least a tie. same with opera singer. she’s complicated but SO good

2:22:24 he 100% has guaranteed chips and completely destroys sculptor in this regard as no matter things like muscle memory/horsefly most windows/pallets 'if you use this you get chipped' i will continue to call him as a char that gets into first chase in seconds + far better chase clamp time with force chips + better if not global cipher pressure game, 'an actually viable sculptor', 2:24:00 is a decent example as if didn't hit the cipher with pickaxe that's a chip 22, then cheer takes vault which is guaranteed chip, then gets chip 22'd and could've just been down already
Honestly I wonder though, how can NetEase adjust unreliable hunter to be viable on rank (or even tourney) like gamekeeper did. How can they adjust Mad Eyes so he can perform well in rank and tourney? In my opinion, his skill cap being that high should reward him. Here's just my fantasy, but I think the console being able to fully dried is hurting him too much. We have Ann who can counter harrass survivor with her cat (you need aim but it's nowhere as hard as mad eyes), but mad eyes need to fence them so I think the console should have like excess energy that survivor can't fully use up. Also, with how easy it is for early game survivor to dry the console, and they can cipher freely, i think the energy regen + time the console is unable to be accessed should be adjusted for the console. Maybe adjust console near cipher so that if the console is on low energy, the cipher progress will be slower, but with high energy, the cipher progress will be slightly faster. My imagination would be that in the start of the game, all of the console should have +X amount of energy that Burke can use that survivor can't use up, so that he can still use console even though the energy is empty. The additional energy can't regen, so it's only for his early game (or able to regen on 2nd presence) His console is connected to near cipher, so that when the console is low on energy, the console absorb some of the cipher energy, reducing decoding speed by -%. When the console is high energy, the cipher is unstable, increasing calibration chance by +% (perfect calibration = +1% progress, so it's a buff)
if just make it so that consoles can't be hacked for a short while after match start that'd be all that's really needed + the most straightforward, but while every surv can mass hack their cipher console and reduce him down to a walking hunter he'll never be viable ye

it's a nerf against characters he might be brought out as a counterpick against like ench/prisoner, especially in alt gamemodes starting with a faster ember (not even just starting with the ability to summon ember golem right off the bat) isn't worth a huge chunk of rage gain lost from surv ability stuns

Iirc the change is rather small anyway, and even without gaining from stuns, he's still quite good at chasing off harassers in my experience. It makes him slightly less good against the survivors he has no problem with, and better at the survivors he's bad with. And I like that. Maybe that's just cuz I've never been the type to try counter picking the survivors though, idk.
