I used to be very very depressed bro but realized early on that knowledge is power. improve your energy and social skills. know what motivates you most and do content that aligns with what you love most. have an abundance mindset. go to the gym daily and work hard and smart making money and have more excitement for life and dont do drugs. This is all not easy but its worth it. Set a positive mindset that spirals you up instead of down. hope this helps.

Aye man, I really love the transparency and honesty in the stuff you feeling and saying. Hope everything is going really well mentally, physically, and socially and I hope everything gets better with you. You're going through a deep process right now. Just continue going strong and engage in it more. Find a group where you can communicate with or just talk to Jesus about your problems, he will send people like your grandma to talk and really confide with. You don't have to do much just ask him to really send the person that you need and it will be done.
You are definitely in my prays brother keep going strong.

When I went through a bad breakup, it took me three years to really get over it. I was stuck in the exact same place, this dull horror at the transience of experience, that everything in my life, all of the moments of joy, of sorrow, of pleasure, all of my relationships, everything that i really found meaning in, was doomed to be trampled by the ceaseless forward-march of time, that even what came next was inevitably going to meet the same fate as i was slowly, unwillingly dragged to my grave, where this endless cycle of loss would finally, painfully come to an end.
what helped me to get past this existential nightmare was recognizing the beauty in that transience, that although experience may fade into memory, that which it imparts onto you, the knowledge, the emotion, the meaning, does not. A flower is beautiful when it first blooms, when it matures, when it wilts and when it dies. Even once its physical form is broken down and disseminated into the soil, its essence becomes the basis for new beauty, new life that will eventually repeat the same process. This cycle appeared terrifying at first, but once I recognized that it was not driven by loss but rather by immanence, by becoming, by moving through successive thresholds towards something new, I began to take comfort in it.
Loss like you’re experiencing is undeniably painful, and i have no doubt this pain will stay with you for a long time. But know that it is not meaningless, that the energies, the thoughts, the emotions it releases will eventually become the substrate for new personal growth. You can get through this. I believe in you ❤

Thank you for such a beautiful and thoughtful comment. It means a lot to me that you took the time to write this out to me. You are a special human being. This is exactly what I do. Every time I think about the good things, I always ask "then what?". Asking whether it was worth it because I know it won't last forever. Part of the fix is realizing that new good experiences will always happen in the future. Death is not an experience. It's not like going to prison or something. You wont know that you're dead. It's kind of like asking what's outside of the the universe. Your life is everything you experience, there isn't anything outside of it.

    • @fruitfulcraven
      @fruitfulcraven  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

Yes I agree completely. Trying to focus on the idea that there are much more positive experiences ahead has been helping me. I guess death is an experience while it’s happening but we won’t ever be able to think back on that experience since we will be dead. Life and death are truly a mind fuck but what other choice do we have but to live?

My brothers never talk to me at all, unless it is to point out something wrong or imperfect I did. Like I'm some kind of an enemy or source of all imperfections to them. My mother is an extremely judgmental person too, more so than my brothers. My father is actually the only one that did not treat me badly...but he is not exactly perfect too. He keeps a mistress at home living with us all, make us see her as our housekeeper, and punishes anyone that dares to mention her as a mistress. Like, making you kneel in the bathroom for hours for being very disrespectful to our "aunty". Being completely neglected as a child, I guess I grew up developing quite a few mental illnesses. That's my current life now...but seems to be getting slightly better the older I get. Like, I no longer hate my fake and imperfect family that much. What's fake about my own family, is that they can and will do all sorts of things that society expects all mothers/fathers/brothers to do, but deep down I simply cannot feel any genuine unconditional love from them. Like it's all on the surface. Doing things because it's the "right" thing to do or express as per their societal roles, but not because they truly loved or even cared about me. Till now, I still have no idea what a normal, healthy and non-judgmental human relationship is like. So I have difficulties holding on to any relationships at all. In fact normal women with a positive mindset actually scares me a lot...so I often stay away from genuinely good girls who are attracted to me. Then I will be in full of intense anger towards myself for rejecting or running away from them. Plus once they find out about my mental illnesses or social awkwardness, they probably leave me anyway. I'm still trying to change myself for the better, though. Thanks for sharing your story.

The right person will come along and they won’t leave you because of your mental illnesses or social awkwardness if you are continuing to work towards getting better. They will be there to help you on your journey of being the best person you can be. They will love YOU. I wish the best for you. Thank you for taking the time to write your comment out to me.

Hi Tyler. I'm Pete. FYI, I'm in Perth, Western Australia, so your post is now international. I realise I'm like 3 weeks late in responding, sorry. I hope you are in a better space now. Life can be really tough sometimes. We all get that so don't negate your feelings. No one is worse off than anyone else. We all have our own journey's and have to face the challenges that life throws out. It's good that you are ( were) able to share your personal thoughts. That in itself is brave to do. Clearly your balls are big. I couldn't post a video as you have done. Relationships can be so complicated. Sometimes things don't work out like you want. It hurts and it can be hard. The hardest part being dealing with emotions. I think you are doing great. You are a young guy. You are good looking. You have so much going for you and so much to offer. You will meet the right person for you. I believe that 100%. Take care where you are. Go with the flow, chill with it and before you know it things will come good. Peace.

    This sounds super cliche but:
    1. Work on improving yourself, workout, eat right, get on semen retention.
    2. Kill your ego. Stop giving a damn of what others think of you.
    3. Start reading the Bible, praying and developing a relationship with Christ.
Let these dark moments in your life strengthen you. You can have ANYTHING you want in life if you put in the work and don't give up. YOU'VE GOT THIS! stay strong.💪

For what it's worth, I've heard it said that men love women, and women love what men can provide. Nothing good or bad about it, it's just the way it is. My experience doesn't contradict this statement. And it's okay to be miserable. You can own it w/o embracing it. You don't have to settle for it or make a deal with it or (God forbid) believe in it, but don't run from it either. You don't have to wear it on your sleeve, and if you need to make videos about it by all means do so, but if you're lying there in the darkness, crushed by this or that, when the crushing, heart-stopping misery DOESN'T kill you, observe your strength from under the pile of rubble, stand up, brush it off, and when/if the building topples on you again, you'll know you'll be okay.

You need to understand female nature; right now she is on dating apps getting hundreds of matches, she's not even upset by this. Whereas for you it is devastating, for her it's inconsequential, for you getting another girlfriend will be tough, for her she can get a boyfriend whenever she wants. Why? Just because she's female, she has life on easy mode. You need to accept this. There is a vast inequality between genders and it's unfair, it's not right but that's the way it is.

Get outside. Exercise. I know people say that all the time. There’s a reason for that - it helps. Stay away from alcohol. Eat decent food. But most of all get outside of yourself and if you have to do the things that you used to like. Go to a concert or movie alone just to get out and enjoy something or at the very least distract you for a while.

u need some tough love, so here it is. you're a good looking dude so you have it better than most people already. u look like michael j fox in the 80's. but here's what you do.
got sh*tty friends & family who make you feel bad? cut them off. completely. just stop talking to them cold turkey. unfollow them on all social media. don't even keep their numbers in your phone. if its your parents, they can go too.
drop out of college. take up a trade instead. you think you're depressed now? you'll be more depressed when you're 45 years old & haven't reached your goals & are still paying off student loan debt that accrued interest over the course of 20 years.
shave your head bald. military style. keep the mustache & goatee. lose the glasses & get contacts. go kiII it in the gym for 6 months to a year. & if you don't look in the mirror & feel better about yourself & your life, then i'm a stone cold liar.
its hard to be depressed about anything when you look & feel your best & every woman who sees you wants to f*ck you.
go watch some andrew tate motivational videos, stop feeling sorry for yourself & get your life together. you can do it. but here's the catch, NOBODY is going to do the work for you. if you want your life to change YOU have to make the decision & then DO IT.

Those moments will always be real, will always be beautiful and agonizing and thrilling and bitterwsweet. It's the stuff of life, man. You're doing it. It's ok to feel that loss, to dwell on the memories and take time to feel and process your emotions. I don't know you all too well, but it sure seems like you have a good heart and sharp mind. That counts for a lot.

Thank you for your kind words. I know it’s going to be alright eventually. I just want it to be already you know? This is the toughest life event I’ve had to deal with in my life so far. It will be a learning experience for sure.
