I always heard people saying that UPSC examinations are difficult. I wish we had these courses around 4-5 years ago, I would have also given serious thought to Applying. If u can arrange for a polity course from UPSC/STATE PSC EXAM perspective, it will be a great help ( even if it's a paid course will join )... Please Consider this. And I have a question.. Is there any specific reason for making the FD as PART 4A, i mean to say a new part could have been included, then Why PART 4A, WHEN PART 4 ALREADY EXISTED BACK THEN???
