The setting is in a Sandbox Diep.io City Newsroom. The show is called TNC (Tank News Channel) where they are having a special on the lore/history of tanks. The host is Dal, an Auto Trapper and Uno, a Ram Necromancer, who likes to stay in the background to just point at things. The camera tank is Kii, a bullet Anni. Blaxed, is a new host and the Director, Ceppie (as fans call her).

The tank most certainly came first before the factory. Factories are an evolution of the tank in the first place. Then the now-created factory spews out the already pre-existing tank.

It’s like the chicken or the egg first thing. I always seen it as the egg coming first. That egg will hatch and soon become a chicken to create more chickens. So, in turn, the tank came first, became a Factory and made all of us.
