If you are looking for "All Hardware" the answer is to enable "Advanced Mode" when you go to your profile. Once you do that you will see all features such as USB, etc. *Please note if you are looking for the 3 dots they appear to no longer be present.
You missed an important piece. None of this will workout with an MQTT broker installed. I see you already had done that, but didn't explain it in your video.

i followed the procedure exactly but my dongle didn't work, i get an error at the very end after finishing the installation when i try to open the add on fro the saide bar stating, the add one isn't running? any idea

seems like needed. had same problem, installed mosquito and it worked
with my sonoff dongle E and not P => I had to add a line in the configuration yaml
