I have one of these, while the load times might be slow, It's waaaaaaay cheaper than a legit everdrive, so as long as it works, it's fine by me
Yeah the load times dont even matter much if you are *actually* trying to play the game for more than 10 mins lol

@@JOHNN01.82 I believe it does but I'll have to double check. One thing you must know though, is that it does not play all SNES games because some games use extra chips in the cartridge. AliExpress does sell the version 2 which has those extra chips. I suggest paying the extra 20-40$ and getting that version.
I bought one of these, but also got at least one decent multi cart for quick gaming.
Easy and cheap just how I like it
I had a China EVERDRIVE and it was good to me I didn't mind the wait for games to load. But I eventually bought a real EVERDRIVE

For a quarter of the price of a real everdrive you cant complayn or 15 procent of an sd2snes.

Internal voltages are only 3.3v instead of 5v, most everdrives also ...no good in long term for the console.

That's a myth, only the really old everdrives have that problem, newer ones, even from china are completely harmless
Buy one of these flash carts and you'll have 98% of the games that you will want to play on the SNES. For completeness its worth picking Star Fox + Mario Kart + Pilot Wings + Yoshi's Island separately you want to play them. These are popular carts that use special chips. and they aren't expensive carts so should be easy to pick up.
How do you save the games
Mine stopped working after a month with just 10 hours total playing with.
Hope it plays US/CA region locked files on Super Famicom, US region games boot fine on multi-carts and apparently the N64 NTSC is cross compatible within NTSC regions. Great video btw!
I have a pal SNES and was able to play NTSC games on my machine.
Does this support more than 4 Megabytes games? Like the fan translation of Dragon Quest III, it is 6MB.

I ordered one from AliExpress. The cart did have games preloaded. More likely than not they will be preloaded, if they have the SD card included, especially when ordering from China. Most that resell these on eBay etc. will likely just get a drop shipment from Ali and then sell on, so I would say yes.

I got one of these and the damn thing stoped working after loading one game it seems that the OS had died Anyone know what files are supposed to be in the SEVD Folder this is supposed to hold the OS but mine is empty Anyone know where i can re-download it from ?

Yup... China stuff is very cheap that is the biggest positive site about these everdrives.
It's slow but everything barring the SuperFX games work. It's not the worst Everdrive clone you've ever reviewed.

I was going to buy one but after watching your video, I may just use emulator or look for real everdrive. It is about $40 for these kind multi card on ebay but they are cheap for some reason. I am not sure the memory chip they use in the card is cheap or not, for this read and write may eventually fail soon or later depends on memory quality... just like buying quality SD memory...
I think I will just use emulator for now....
If you're a modern gamer, these loading times here are faster, so it's quite good.

I've bought one of these and it worked great..
However it now only loads the ;last game I played and it show's a list of the all the roms but won't start any other ROM.
No errors, nothing.
Anyone got any ideas what I might've done?

Maybe someone can help me: accidentally wiped the SD shipped with the cartridge and as I understand the cart loads its firmware from SD on power-on. Can someone back up the "non games" directory on the SD and make it available online?

al ubaldini don’t think so, it’s in the shape of a pal cart it won’t fit in an ntsc SNES without an adaptor at least.

You say they are naughty but every everdrive is naughty even the real ones cause they never got permission for making them for the consoles even the most expensive one there is witch is the Terra Onion Mega SD and that costs more than any everdrive and it plays Sega CD without the system it costs almost $300
