This cartridge does not retain the saves of some games, for example the donkey kong country trilogy you delete saves even during a game. Does anyone have the same problem?
As Dan Evans states below this cartridge works great minus the modem games denoted by a BS in the heading. Every European, US and even most Japanese games work just fine. Modern clones with a PAL and NTSC switch work 99.9 percent of the time. It is just the fact that it doesn't have the modem is why some don't work. The Satellaview was an SNES add on that was released in 95. It was only sold in Japan. No numbers on how many sold but I bet it was very rarely, if ever used and not that popular.
Hopefully most of the titles work. It may have900 games but maybe only a handful of them work, at least that has been the case for most multicart releases.
Earthbound Redux runs, all the Final Fantasy's too, Chrono Trigger and most romhacks appear to play with no issues. Btw, the preloaded game list is patchy, best find your personal favourite collection off rom-sites and dump roms in a new folder but try not overload folders, try to limit 90-100 roms per folder so loading times stay consistent, i had long-ass load times when i dumped hundreds in one folder and it only showed about 140 in the folder, this cart isn't all that great but it works fine managed right. Plus collection folders cuts out sifting through junk titles, disney and the other lame marketing licenses. For instance i've not tried any sprots, ugh, highly accurate sports games are way too much exercise for me, why i use rapid-fire controller during intense sleepy sports action, luckily translations of Kunio-kun titles run well.
Hey I bought the 138 in 1 SNES and it had the title Kirby super star. It turned out to be Kirby super star stacker(some Tetris version).😏 That's the only reason why I would the 900. Well Kirby dream course Is worth it. But will it work well in my retron.
Hola Buenos días me podrías ayudar porque tengo ese mismo cartucho pero se me daño a la sd y quisiera saber cómo bajar juegos en otra sd si me podrías ayudar
StarFox and Star Ocean don't want to load on my SFC, probably due to lacking a Super FX chip, also all titles containing BS are games that require Satellaview modem thing to function. 95% of the loaded roms boot and play fine. This Chinese Everdrive has 30 second load times, not so bad, much quicker than sifting and changing carts. I haven't a UK/Euro snes so I'll try the non functioning roms on my mates snes. Hashiriya Rider's Spirits has a glitched title screen, I have a Japanese original of this game which plays fine. Although this everdrive cart is proving quite good, expected some roms to be hit and miss. PAL region games like Terranigma won't boot on US snes or SFC, I agree PAL encoding is still annoying, everything should be NTSC. Nearly all the roms work, it's our region specific consoles that are the issue.
@@dimviesel For the fancy games gonna need a more recent Krikzz Everdrive FX-Pro, contains Super FX, SA1, DSP (4 types digital sound processors) amongst a dozen other chips and then there still might be the odd operational issue but most things should run better on the newest ED carts, compared to to glitchy emulators. I might add this '900 in 1' Chinese cart actually has the earliest Krikzz board inside, says made in Ukraine on it, even if it is obviously made n China, I assume the most recent Everdrives are Chinese made, just like 99% consumables we enjoy today, don't find many farriers or blacksmiths about these parts nowadays. Maybe a deal between Chinese manufacturers and Krikzz is allowance of Chinese reproductions of the earlier 'obsolete' Everdrives. I've enjoyed this cart for nearly a year now and it plays most ROM-hacks too, of course if I had £250 ($200) I'd get the ED FX-Pro, but not got that kind of money, hopefully a lovely cheap-ass Chinese 'version' will appear soon!
Zelds works but some of the more elaborate romhacks of Zelda won't boot. Metroid and many of it's romhacks play fine and Megaman X boots up but i've not played through yet.
I just ordered this for my nephew for Christmas. He is going to freak! This is incredible!
just orderd.
I wish I had that back in 1994
How do you feel about it 9 months later? Just ordered, probably should have asked first but looks like a long delivery time.
Even better we got it when we were 40
