Just found your channel. Lovely home, will you do cupboards and floating shelves next to fireplace, this always finishes off the fireplace in my opinion. When you mentioned the doggy basket I said “yes” ! a dog lover, lol. A dog makes a home and are fur babies to me. I hope you agree😌 🤗 From Australia
Thank you !! So I originally had shelves in the plans when first designing my home and I ended up removing them because I wanted it to feel open and not so cluttered ! I had a vision to be able to put Christmas trees on each side during the holidays. I’m planning on eventually finishing the fireplace by adding some kind of stucco/ clay effect and I want to paint the two side walls black and add a large arched mirror on each side to open up the space even more !

Your garage doors wow, everything is beautiful, kitchen, office really beautiful 👌🏾… only custom closet I will add, that could come in time and that’s if it’s a thing for you… replace the wire rack in the laundry room with a black road to hang things.

Thank you so much !! Unfortunately I don’t know the dimensions because I was having a hard time wrapping my head around the numbers so my builders did all of the measurements and installation! The company we used for our range hood was “hoodsly” and we went with the curved wood option ! Hope that helps, sorry I don’t have more details !

Thank you sooo much ! I am not sure exactly where my builder bought the backsplash from but on Home Depot website they have one that is the exact same one. It’s called zellige gesso glazed ceramic wall tile. The backsplash is definitely one of my proudest picks in my whole house lol ! What state did you build in? Prices are different everywhere and I’m seeing if we can build with just 250k here in Florida with land that we already are going to payoff.
We built in Indiana! The prices we had were locked in back in fall 2021 so possibly different numbers since then!

How was the lot buying process?
It was very seamless! We opted for our builder to carry the loan until closing (instead of carrying the loan ourselves and them approaching us each time they needed to draw funds). After choosing the lot we wanted to build on, we gave them a deposit to purchase the land. Once the house was finished and time for closing, everything rolled over into 1 loan (the mortgage) and is all under 1 payment !

GJ gardener Homes !! I believe they are a franchise so they are all throughout the US and Australia!!
