Little confused you said you’d payment for 30 years is 2100ish, but that you got an adjustable rate mortgage. So that means at some point your rate does change. It’s usually 1,3,5 or 10 year ARM. To not confuse people. Once it goes up you need to either just pay the higher payment or refinance.

Cleaning the shower is the worst 😖 LOVED the cleaning motivation! If you haven’t tried the C&B Sea Salt & Citron cleaner, you need to! My favorite!

For the shower, use dawn dish soap and a broom to scrub your floor. I also use it to scrub my tiled shower walls as well. No back bending and works like a charm

Our family loves potato salad as well. We came up with a mayo free version because of taking potato salad to social gatherings and it sitting out. It’s become a staple and a favorite and the Mayo is not missed. I prefer fresh broccoli myself. But sometimes use the frozen. When using frozen don’t put it in the microwave, boil a little salted water on the stovetop and toss in the frozen broccoli and cook no longer than 5 mins then drain. It really mimics fresh broccoli this way. The microwave makes it mushy no matter how little you microwave it. Nice video. Thanks for sharing🫶🏻

I typically crack open my kitchen window when I’m cooking foods with strong smells or light a candle 🕯️.. the smell typically goes away almost right away I’ve heard if u have one of those air purifiers that takes all the smells away too.. I also have wall flowers plugged in all over my house .
