Not getting views on your videos is perfectly normal for a small channel.
A lot has to do with channel authority, the other Watch Time and Click Through Rate.
Why your youtube channel not getting subscribers for the same reason: you need more videos and more watch time

To the person who is reading this,don't give up on your TH-cam channel.Keep going its going to get better
I do understand channel authority but, if TH-cam doesn't show your videos in the first place, it's hard to gain any authority. Maybe it just takes more time or a certain number of uploaded videos?
it is a bit of the chicken and the egg problem indeed.
Good video ideas and titles+thumbnails help a lot to get a quick start
I wouldn't recommend reuploading the same video twice:
TH-cam sees that as duplicate content and they don't like that!
I'm going to remove those videos, it was just for testing purposes
i appreciate you experiments! I dont know why anyone would watch any other person on youtube advice. Id like to hear from anyone else that watches other people who give similar advice on YT. It seems like everyone else just rehashed the same dry spiel over and over again, whereas here i am hearing fresh and new (insider) insights as to what are some of the many factors that determine the video’s analytics and growth.

I agree 100% with the rehashing part, I try to avoid that or do a different angle
Channel authority is very important but I believe you should include yet another factor here: you uploaded the same video in the larger channel first and then in the new channel. TH-cam KNOWS perfectly well that the new channel didn't post original content. I believe TH-cam will never push a simple copy of an original video

I could test this by first uploading to a new channel and then the existing channel, but I'm guessing that the result will be the same.
@@socialvideoplaza will be similar probably, but you risk damaging your real channel's post - not the views from your subscribers, but the unexpected views from people who stumbled upon your video with TH-cam's help. Anyway, bect of luck with your experiments helping all of us!

Do you have any advice? My comment is not really related to this video, but my videos used to get quite a bit of views (my least is 10k and most is 100k+). I took a break for a month and i posted two videos and they dont even compare!

Not nessesarily.
A lot of TH-camrs (including myself) have "clips" channels.
The most important thing is that viewers need to be able to distinguish the content. (I'm paraphrasing here).
With my reuploads from this video they can't, so TH-cam doesn't like that.
But clips have a different goal.
Giving viewers value in a brief way.
For example:
I'm not going to watch the whole Depp trial.
But I am interested in small snippets of it where laywers make mistakes or Amber lying.
While repurposed content, it's not duplicate content.

not sure what you are asking, but more videos will increase your chances of getting discovered.
Looking at impressions will get you nowhere, it depends on so many factors.
Looking at impressions and CTR will drive you crazy

Ahhh, yes... good point, I cut that out of the video for audience retention purposes.

Indeed, i'd say: focus on your title and thumbnails.
Also try to identify who your target audience is, what their biggest painpoint is, so you can make videos for that painpoint.
now, 1 video is about a car, the next about dollar tree.
Subscribers don't know to what kind of content they subscribe.
