Bob Dylan, Andy Warhol, and the Velvet Underground once called the lavish art nouveau mansion home. Almost two acres of gardens and landscape surround celebrated architect A.F. Leicht’s grand art nouveau mansion overlooking panoramic city views from downtown to the ocean. Indescribable interior details emanate from Egyptian-inspired geometric pillars and repeating arched passageways overlooked by curving gilded ceilings. Public rooms inspire awe-from the majestic two-story living room to the octagonal lounge/study rooms with endless windows surveying the private acreage. Private bedroom suites are perfectly arranged for guests or family. Historic pedigree of ownership and residents include legendary performers of the ’60s music revolution, recent headline musicians, oil industry heirs, and recognized artists.

The video never said that. Bob Dylan was straight and Andy was gay, so they never dated or lived together as a couple. They both owned/used the home at different times. The ampersand in the video’s title does not make them a couple.
