- A tour of the most famous shopping mall in Los Angeles: The Grove LA, also simply called The Grove. The Grove is known for its art-deco classic Los Angeles architecture, upscale stores, vibrant atmosphere, and iconic features like a dancing fountain and a trolley connecting it to the neighboring Original Farmers Market. The Warner Bros. tabloid television news program Extra was taped in the complex from 2010-2013, usually on the mall's lawn area. Since November 2015, it has served as a venue for the finales of Dancing with the Stars.

I remember the Grove back in the 80's, it was a giant parking lot next to the studio and Farmer's Market. Same goes with California Adventure next to Disneyland.

I'm really glad that I saw your video because I've been thinking of visiting this mall sometime in the near future. After this walk through of what's actually there, I'm not so sure that I would visit anymore. It's really not the kind of place that appeals to me. Thank you for the informative video!
It's pretty small as far as nalls go. Century City is the better "shopping" mall in LA.

Your video illustrates why Drew Carey wasn't thrilled when they moved The Price is Right from Television City to a new studio over by Glendale. He used to walk from the studio to The Grove to eat at the excellent restaurants there between tapings. The new studio is in a repurposed e-commerce distribution center and really has nothing within walking distance except, as Drew will tell you, a bar and a strip club. I love The Grove and Original Farmers Market, and always take visitors from out-of-town there. Excellent video, Chris.

I visited it 10 years ago, very nice mall, can you do a tour for Santana Row+ Valleyfair mall in San Jose? Best mall in northen California, after the pandemic.

You live a lot closer to the Spectrum in OC, don't you? That is a pretty nice mall too. The Grove is a bit far from you just to go to a mall.
