See i tell you indians eat their maggi in three style and that is original because nowadays maggi is being assaulted by ketchup and coca cola but no we indians eat maggi like: 1: maggi cooked with green chilli, onions, tomatoes, garlic ginger paste and top with coriander but if you are tried and want maggi in 5 minutes then just simply cook maggi with chillies and thats it. 2: maggi cooked in 1 piece of butter and top with cheese slice not mozeralla or if you want more cheesy then mix one cheese slice with maggi and top with another cheese slice and it will taste great as the masala flavour decreases the greesines but add green chillies as well because in every recipe it is a must to have a spice kick because we love green chilies that we eat it raw with rajma chawal and many other things and please dont add mayo in this instead use cheese. 3: and last chilli oil maggi put little soy sauce and red garlic spicy sauce and add garlic and maggi masala then pour hot oil or butter on it and mix with boiled maggi and enjoy. These are only ways in which a indian eats their maggi. Hope you like it. And please dont take every other reaction video seriously because you dont know you taste bud how will you react after eating every type of indian food, snacks and drink because sometimes you like what others dont like and sometimes you dont like what other like. And also here normal people eat their golgappas from street vendor but it varies because not every street vendor are unhygenic some of them uses gloves and maintain their hygeine and prices vary from vendors to vendors. I saw you other video of golgappa in which you said you got sick its not because of that but by changing environment and taste buds because you are not used to our food even we got sick if we change our diet. In that video they also show different high price golgappas but didnt like any of them but it was just too much in video because many of them gives you different taste even i also tried golgappas of Rs.200 and they served different kings of pani(water) like normal, pomegranate, pineapple, tamarind and it was good to try every unique taste because we dont usally eat that so its nice to try new things its just that we dont eat that daily but its nice to try once in a while.... Make sure to try every type of indian food and from hygeinic place that many shops, restaurant, vendors have you just have to find it dont fool youselves by seeing fun videos they are just doing it for content.....

Indians usually like to add spices of their choice on top of the tastemaker in the maggi , I swear makes it so much better. Usually it's a little salt, red chilli powder and cheese
20:02 I find maggi less spicy so i saute the onion and tomato in sambhar powder tadka before adding water for the maggi and it tastes amazing. Its almost like Spicy Masala edition of maggi but better. My mom finds it spicy so she adds cheese spread(cuz cheese takes long to melt) absolutely love it.

20:02, yes Achara, cheese goes quite well with Maggie. On a side note, try making the maggie on the drier side and just before you switch off the heat, mix in half a tablespoon of butter or ghee per portion of the maggie. That'll take the maggie up by two notches. Better still, take some shredded mozzarella and mix some oregano and chilli flakes and just spread this mixture over the maggie and gratinate it for a min. You'll have perfection on your hands🔥
2 ways to use cheese. But just processed cheese slices or American cheese. 1. U add it right at the end so it's a nice melty cheese. 2. Add it in the water after cooking the noodles for a minute. This way it's a cheesy spicy broth. Ramen-ish
