We were at Uncle Roger restaurant a few weeks ago. Only waited for about 20 minutes fuuyioh. Then the Okra fries were out, and I almost bought a T-Shirt that said "Auntie"....just barely caught it in time. Took a few pictures with the digital display of Uncle Roger outsiede, and the cup with me. Final verdict about my special egg fried rice: 11/10. Will eat there again next vacation. What I meant was the sauce. Cause usually if you don't specify chili pan mee, most people will bring you to the clear soup stalls. Sorry for the confusion.

I like Nigel/Roger's on screen chemistry with Chef Liz, but he also has great chemistry with Chef Esther. I think it's because both of them can seamlessly work around him messing with the food.
