The male presenter assumed British people are snobbish about US food. No, he is snobbish. Most Brits enjoy American food and if they visit the US they can enjoy the best examples of it.
food is good literally everywhere on the planet, only americans think and assume otherwise. But speaking from experience some of the worst meals ive ever had was in the usa, the ingredients far too often are just trash, i have flashbacks of soggy lettuce, chewy meat, incorrectly cooked chicken and dry as fuck turkey, no curry anywhere, only white gravy 99% of the time even the chineese doesnt have curry or gravy. Floppy spongy pancakes. Something i learned was at diners they give you scrambled eggs with your pancakes and i alwasy thought this looked gross as fuck until i tasted the eggs and i swear most of the eggs i had in the usa just do not taste like egg, they taste like salt and maybe peper at most, theres so little egg taste to smothering them in maple syrup isnt gross its pretty good, but if you did that with uk eggs it would be rank because our eggs just have a stronger egg flavour imo.
She had to pipe in with the old ' there's a mixed variety of cultural food here though' No love, we're talking about what the British towns and villages have traditionally produced longer than just the recent decades
what we do best is comfort food, for our climate with long dark cold days, you want that comforting, warmth hug of hearty food, it'll put meat on your bones lol
Top guy Adam carried himself extremely well there full of knowledge. The two news reporters who tried to drag him down should be ashamed of them self's especially naga in my opinion she is a horrible person and should not be in her job

I suspect the male presenter must be struggling with her, not the best match, id match him with someone younger than her (for contrast) or someone the same age as him, she was just really awkward to listen to and spoiled the interview for me.
