If you are looking for a structural PE to sign off on things in CA they are going to have to take the CA seismic portion of the exam to get reciprocity for their license. They also need to run in their own PLLC or PC, not as an employee in an LLC. Use them as consultants and pay their company.

Aside from that Tesla stock is extremely overvalued, needs to correct to $100/share to be somewhat realistic. Also, recent comments by Elon Musk show that he seems to be somewhat of a jerk, although having been a genius in engineering (and still is) and general detection of business trends/future, at least the latter he recognized in the past.
