She works for Siemens Health USA and goes over to Germany quite a bit to teach and instruct others. I've never been but I hear Germany is beautiful. This collage is exceptional!! The tattoo is my favorite thing --the cherry on top! I love how you are so methodical and precise. Watching you and doing the MM challenges have really helped me slow down because you can't just do them in one sitting. Because of you, I now work with tweezers. Thanks for sharing.😃
Lisa, I've always thought tweezers are a girls best friend 🤣🤣🤣 and who would have thought they'd have a place in the paper world! Slowing down is a wonderful habit to form when creating with any art project. We live in such a fast paced, get it done world, the enjoyment of the process is missed. Kinda like the saying, "It's not about the destination, but the journey" 🚶♀🚶♀I love your comment and thank you for taking the time to watch my videos. I enjoy your take on collague. It is nice to see a different view than vintage and butterflies on everything. Not that i don't like them as well but I enjoy the surreal art you make. Great job on this.
You are so sweet, Lana and again, thank you for all your kind words. I really try to mix it up for my viewers, bringing a different element to paper crafting. I love to think out of the box. I want to do more women collages, but .......... I don't always want to make fruit or flower headdresses on them. Now I have to come up with something different. (so I don't show the butterfly effect like you mentioned) 🤣🤣🤣Thanks for your comment, my friend. xo
A tip that might help is when I collague I use a random magazine and I only let myself use images from there. (Unless I have something perfect in my stash). It really makes for some unusual mixing of images without too much thought since it limits the overwhelming possibilities.

You need to start! These are so much fun. Don't rush the process, grab pieces as you see them and sit down to have a play. So what if it takes you 1, 2, or 3 weeks from start to finish. You'll have a ball with the surreal collaging. Get to it, girlfriend. xo 🥰

LOVE LOVE LOVE this collage! A favorite for sure. So much valuable teaching about cutting, gluing, placement, and inking the edges to get rid of the white! I learned so much. You are a master at talking and working at the same time and explaining your process. Of all the wonderful things you do....your surreal collage pieces are my very favorite. Hi wonderful work! What is the measuring tool you used that looks like a washboard? As well as the double sided tape? Thanks in advance.
Good evening, Anita 🙏🏻🌟 Thanks so much for taking a look at my video, I hope you enjoyed it. The measuring board is actually a tool called a Scoring Board .. the brand I was using in the video is made by Martha Stewart. I have a few, however, this is my favorite because of the measurements and the choices you have with it. It can be found on ebay seeing it is no longer available in a retail setting. The double sided tape, I purchase on Etsy or Amazon and that is Sookwang Double sided tape. It comes in different widths and different strengths ...... I love it. Good luck and happy shopping. 😊
A you tell us the name of the double sided tape and the size?
@shellienoyes100 Yes, it's the Scotch Advanced Tape Dispenser for Scrapbooking and it takes 1/4" tape. Michael's crafts sells them. Thanks for stopping by and inquiring about this product, I love it.
What type/brand of glue is that?
If it's the glue with the silver tip on the end, it's called ART GLITTER GLUE and you can purchase it over at Etsy and on Amazon. 😉
