You guys are the most professional volunteer fire department. I have ever had the pleasure to watch. I started as a volunteer at age 16. On a very small fire apartment in the 70s. We did great for what we had, but by God, you guys are the best. God bless. Each and every one of you and your dedication to your citizens and your department
the work that you guys do as my grandpa is a volunteer firefighter for the local fire department and the stuff that you guys do should be worn with respect and honor
@danem2215 We do get many calls in our first due, however many times it's either too close to the station that there's no point in turning the camera on, or it's a call that I'm not on or am in the back
2003 and its still a first due truck and not a reserve truck. Hell a 2003 would be old for a reserve 😁 I'm going to assume this ladder doesn't go on a lot of calls a year?
Its a volunteer department, they work with what they got. My local department is in a small town and our first due rescue engine is a 96'. We are looking to replace it soon tho. I dont see any reason to replace a truck thats in good shape like the one in the video
Firerescue50! I need a urgent response! So I am thinking about asking the Ephrata pioneer fire company if I can slip my gopro onto there Dash on there Truck for the Santa run but I'm afraid it'll roll around, and i can't use adhesives because it'll leave a stick, so how can i mount it?!
@Fire-Rescue50 Hey man! I just want to say thanks for telling me how to mount it, they said yes and they even tool it out on a call, the Response is on my channel and the Santa Run soon! Thanks!

❤Hello guys, I have loved this work since childhood, and now I am 33 years old, and I still hope for this work, and I am well trained in it.
This is an outstanding video 👍🏻👍🏻. Thanks for the ride along, enjoyed it.
@@markreece8904 Thank you!
Do you guys film Mutual aids? I was asking because you were at 21’s house a couple of days ago since we were at a structure fire.
Most fire departments if not all should utilize mutual aid. These guys 100% do
And yeah given the response time I think this is a mutual aid call lol. Outside their distrixt
Yes they do but not sure
Are you guys going to post a ride along video on the 53 building fire on Wednesday the 4th
@GavinHarsh No, I was not on the call
Are you guys ever first on scene? I don't recall seeing any non-assist videos but I'm very new to the channel

Where's the camera?
Most likely on the windshield, just like a dash cam.
At 10:09 in the video, you can see it! It is on a suction cup mount on the interior glass window.
@whitexfire203 oh, cool! Thanks!

@Tower_15_Ladder Get a suction cup mount. Doesn't leave any residue and holds tight
@Fire-Rescue50 ok, thanks!
Hopefully they say yes!

Just wondering if the driver knows where the wiper switch is?
Why would you build a fire station on a one way street? Seems ludicrous to me
Ever think that it could've been a 2 way street at one point?
Nice video! Great work 50!
