I grew up in a household where Shania Twain was blasting around the house along with other great artists. My mother was a major fan and I became one too. She passed away in January 2014. A Shania song was played at her funeral. I believe it was From this moment on or You're still the one I can't fully remember which as the day is abit of a blur. But it was definitely one of them. Mostly I just listen to the music for me these days as it reminds me of my mother. But eventually I do hope to have the songs blasting around the house along with other great artists for my children. As I always, always had such fond memories while listen to this amazing lady's songs with my mother and I hope to share that one day with my children. Which I already have but I'm not out of the playing the songs just for me stage yet ❤
Incredible music that I still love. When I was a teen, every guy had a poster Britney Spears in their locker. I had a poster of Shania Twain in my room

I was at a Concert in NY during the UP tour, and she came into the audience and sat directly behind me in the next row and sang The Woman in Me, it was like she was singing it to me! If only it was true!

25 years later and I’m still fully addicted to anything shania, when I was a young adult 17-18 I was convinced that if I turned on the radio and the first song I heard was a shania song I was going to have an amazing day. My queen and in many ways the reason I didn’t commit suicide in my teens even though it was pretty much an everyday thought. In my 20s I learned I have severe depressive disorder and anxiety. So thank you for giving me something to live for and getting me through the bad days.
Mee too. I was addicted to this CD and wore out 4 of them over the years. Now I have all of her CD's stored.. Love her more than any other artist then or now
