I learned a lot from Parker even though I only watch his free tutorial through youtube because I can't afford his fulltime filmmaker course but I'm still proud of this guy.
Parker has been my inspiration, I can't afford his course but the knowledge I gained from these free youtube videos has improved my videography career so much
Still amongst the most elite channels on TH-cam... you are as wise as you are helpful and humble. I know as much as I do today because of watching your videos
I just want to send a message of love to everyone reading this who may be going through depression and financial struggle. This has truly been a crazy year so far so many people are suffering from so much . Thats why we need to support and uplift each other. I want you all to Please Stay strong because things will get better for you.
Man I watched your videos on film making tips it was amazing and very useful 👌 Came to know that so much more in Flim making!! It's a new passion for me and iam trying to get better at it! Thanks man Keep making amazing videos!!
The green comes from the glass. All glass is green. The more expensive the less you notice. But any light that goes through a window or glass shower, will cast green in that space.
Hey Walbeck you doing a great job... So i would suggest you to put your watermark in your videos. Because anyone can just record it and can sell online. So i like your work that is why i am telling you.
Hey Parker! I can totally relate to what you said about color correction and indoor lighting. That's one of my worst problems when I shoot indoors. Very informative video! Thanks!
Parker, excellent video as always!! You constantly provide valuable info in a short period of time with very little fluff. Very appreciated my friend! You probably have answered this in other videos you've done about the Ronin, but what is the bottom handle you use with it? I LOVE it and want one!
I have shot more than 7 property videos and one of the main challenges, i face is the white balance, where the color looks yellowish on the camera and feels odd. The tip regarding white balance could be a game changer and will definitely make a huge difference. Thank you @parkerwalbeck
Thanks for the video Parker good to see you on the channel again. I primarily film real estate in CT and I've followed all your videos to get there and have established my own business doing it. Thank you for being an inspiration👌🏻
What an Insightful video! However, my left ear happened to notice sth ... The SE of the car engine in relation to the car (Range Over) is not a match - I am not looking for a perfect match but you got my point. For me, it sounded more of grass cutter machine or a quad bike. Overall, I absorbed so much info.
When I shoot Real Estate I always thought it would be better to shy away from f2.8 and shoot closer to f5.6 just to have less of a shallow depth of field. Of course with f2.8 your ISO can be lower. Do you find that the shallow depth of field you get from f2.8 ever looks weird/doesn't have enough of the room in focus?
Loved the video, thanks again for the insight! Would be interested in an updated video on comparisons between the best Glidecam/Flycam and any other similar products you think would deliver similar results for less money. Thanks again!
I have one question to you. Why don't you use DJI inspire for your videos? Do you think that DJI mavic pro or Phantom is better for shooting real estate? I use Mavic air 2 and Im think to what drone should I upgrade.
So no more Laowa? I have the EOS R and use the Laowa for my Real Estate photography. But I also have the 15-35 f2.8 for it. Which one would you use for the videos?
Thank you for this video. I am now part of a film crew that will be shooting real estate properties to help sell their homes. So, this definitely helps. I just shared it to me crew! Love your vids!
I've watched quite a few real estate photography videos, I'm surprized, I have yet to see photographers using a high powered fill flash to correctly light the room by balancing interior and exterior light, especially when rooms have large exterior windows. Failing to do so often results in pics which are painfully bright, failing to portray a sense of realism.
This knowledge comes only for experience or learning with someone... FTF helped me a lot, here's one more example of it. Thanks Parker, Jake and Landon! Glad to have mentors like you!
Great video Parker! As a guy who does mainly $100-200k houses, filming expensive houses, is so much nicer. Would definitely love to see a video that captivates how to work on smaller houses that are not lit very well that have tight corners and show how to make attractive videos for them. Keep up the great work!
The 1DX III paired with the 16-35 doesn't offer optical image stabilization right? I do have that option on my Nikon Z6 but it's very unreliable, shifting the sensor very noticeable. Thinking about just turning off IBIS and just wing it
damn how many drone batteries you have for all those diff height drone shots..lol..sometimes I kill a whole battery and have like 2 shots that are keepers...but im also still learning drone on the Mavic Pro 2. also are you putting warp stabilized on gimbal clips in post? I have the RS2 but still seems jittery. I may have to practice more of a steady movement and maybe not pan so hard
On your finished video at the end, where do you get a nice deep reverb whoosh sound effect as you walk through the door? I would love to get this same sound effect if possible.
Nobody asked how the front door opened! Motorized? Fishing line? Also I am still amazed at how little professionals charge for cinematic video work. This job should have been $7,500 easy but we all know that real estate agents are the cheapest people on the planet.
Very interesting indeed! I'd LOVE to see a more detailed video about color balance, indoor lighting, and how to piece together both day and night shots, without creating a crazy mix...
I just had a quick question, Parker in the video said when indoors he shoots at f 2.8 and outdoors at f 13. Isn’t f 2.8 a very shallow dept of field? How does the full room appear in focus when shooting with such a high aperture?
You are correct! f2.8 would indeed result in a shallower depth of field compared to f13. However, Parker also told us that he shot the whole video at a focal length of 16mm. This is super wide angle. Your focal length also plays a factor in how exaggerated your depth of field appears. At 16mm (on the 1dx mk iii) it is very wide and there will not be a big exaggeration of depth of field so the entire room appears to be in focus to us when we see the video. If Parker had shot with a 35mm, 50mm or even tighter the 2.8 depth of field would be a lot more pronounced and you would notice just how shallow and out of focus everything is. So long explanation short. Wide lenses (like 16mm) result in less depth of field in addition to your aperture. I hope this helps. Have an excellent day!
When you explained when you go to the spot of the room to set your focus manually, can you do that by letting the auto focus do its thing? Then go and start shooting? Or will it change too much as you walk around causing a blurry image?
As a real estate videographer and editor myself, I've worked with a SLEW of realtors and other videographers who are on this "get in/get out, same-day turn around, work as fast as you can" kick. Is this a super common mentality or am I just in a market that doesn't value the quality that comes from dialing I EVERYTHING from beginning to end?
I learned a lot from Parker even though I only watch his free tutorial through youtube because I can't afford his fulltime filmmaker course but I'm still proud of this guy.

Parker says cheap lights in the house.....
10 mil house: Am I joke to you ??
They are oftentimes not matched in hue. No matter how expensive the home is.
think by 'cheap' lights he is comparing it to the lights they use to shoot videos which costs multiple hundreds per light
Parker has been my inspiration, I can't afford his course but the knowledge I gained from these free youtube videos has improved my videography career so much
This could not have dropped at a better time. I have my first ever real estate gig to film tmr!!!
Good luck man! I hope it went well!
Goodluck man! 👍
Congrats dude
Your videos are so insightful and well put together. It's amazing we're getting to watch this for free.
Still amongst the most elite channels on TH-cam... you are as wise as you are helpful and humble. I know as much as I do today because of watching your videos
I feel the Beginning to 100% everytime I fly with my drone, haha 😂
Haha 🤣😂
Every flight is a three act movie aha
@@alex0589 exactly 😁
Probably the best thing about Parker is his stubborn confidence 😉
Parker I must say, your confidence has grown in regards to on camera talking 😁 starting to see more of your personality good stuff 💪
Really appreciate you giving us all the sauce we need to take our real estate videography to the next level
Great video Mr. Walbeck!!! There is somebody walking through the shot at 6:28 though
This home is freaking gorgeous. I'd be interested to know the payment process behind these videos.
@Siyabonga Sibeko he said he charge 1800$ fot a video
@Miranda Lorian yes
The video quality, consistency and graphics are very remarkable. Thank you for those tips, Parker!

Always loved Parker’s super useful videos. Sad to see him go but excited to watch Landon grow
Is nobody gonna talk about the indoor tennis court
We don't talk about sensitive stuff. Like we don't talk about the fact that we only came here to see the 10 mil house and not learn about film making.
.
No
I just got started shooting 1mil+ houses... I can't imagine a 10 million dollar house! Love your work Parker 💪
I film anywhere from 25K to 300K homes, but use the same concepts. Thanks for sharing the knowledge. That indoor tennis court!!
This was a lit photoshoot! The tips are priceless.. Thank you so much Parker for these. And the house is beautiful! Awesome views 👌
Man I watched your videos on film making tips it was amazing and very useful 👌
Came to know that so much more in Flim making!! It's a new passion for me and iam trying to get better at it! Thanks man Keep making amazing videos!!
I was feeling low as I had a bad Day today and your video again made me cheerup. Thanks Parker and team for the video.
Lot's of love from Nepal
Amazing video Parker as always! Keep up the great work! You're a great teacher.
These were super helpful tips! Thx. Quick request. Could you do a comparison between the ronin-s and the crane 2S? Thanks
The green comes from the glass. All glass is green. The more expensive the less you notice. But any light that goes through a window or glass shower, will cast green in that space.
Great video! I film a lot of real estate and you hit every issue we run into. This is perfect for those getting into filming real estate! 👍
I just started really trying to get more video going this definitely helps understand more of what needs to happen, great video!

He's the only person I would listen to about Filmmaking
Thank you King Parker.. asante sana🙏🏽😊

Nice job with this, very well done! Thanks for sharing and Good Flying!
Awesome tips sir! Keep the great content coming!
The house looks awesome.....but with your shot and video editing skills Parker u nailed it👏.....
amazing tips this really gave me a lot to think about before my next shoot! Thanks!
very informative as usual, its hard to find good information nowadays with so many 12 min vlogs. Thank you Parker and everyone at FulltimeFilmmaker!
These videos are amazing and just trying to get into real estate photography and videography in these tips are very helpful
how to you keep your room bright and outside stuff behind the window not over exposed????
Have clients rich enough to have enough windows, light the inside, dont clip the highlights. DR is important
@@alex0589 I have those and when its bright outside is hard to have bright interior and see whats outside of the window.
I have shot more than 7 property videos and one of the main challenges, i face is the white balance, where the color looks yellowish on the camera and feels odd. The tip regarding white balance could be a game changer and will definitely make a huge difference.

It's been a while since we've seen a solo Parker Video nice🔥🔥
This house looks so good. Everyone please join me in asking Parker to show us the full house tour.
As always. Great video. Really proud to be part of FTFM.

you should bump your ISO to maintain detail in the highlights. For canon about 800iso will give you better highlights
Was waiting for that 11:19 moment great one as usual... True the door panel or the objects infront really immerses the viewer.
I like your work man , good luck from Algeria 🇩🇿
AMAZING stuff, thank you very much, Parker!
You are literally the best I’ve seen on TH-cam
So no more Laowa? I have the EOS R and use the Laowa for my Real Estate photography. But I also have the 15-35 f2.8 for it. Which one would you use for the videos?
One of the best videos I’ve watched in a while! LOVE being part of FTF.
Masterful instruction, packed with helpful insights and practical tips. Thank you!
This is great! I love how concise this is.

Another great video. Thanks a lot for those tips! Learn new stuff in each video!
Loved it bro. Quality tips as always and those shots looking crispy! 👍🏼👍🏼
This One of The Top Videos I’ve Seen 🔥🚫🧢

good stuff, but you should have pulled the pool vacuum haha
lol! “its going to be so hard to choose between this clips” thats seriously my main problem i get to many and can never pick which one is better!
Your videos are always so great and helpful.
Nice 10 Million Dollar Shoot! I recently shot a 20 Mio Dollar Home on a Go Pro Hero 3 and ARRI Trinity Combo. Amazing Results 🎥👌🏻

Love from INDIA 🇮🇳
What picture profile did you use om your drone shots? The dynamo range liker increadible
Where can we watch the final video?
Another great tutorial Parker, thanks.
Awesome video!! Could you tell us the reason why you decided to switch from the LAOWA 12mm to the CANON 16-35mm?
Love your work brother. Keep em coming
I love your real state videos, everything its so smooth and well told, that I want to buy that house just to make videos like this!

Is this a new world record for the highest paid Real estate video work 👀.. Parker ua greatest and most confident filmmaker ever 🔥 ua legend 💯

I can confirm that Real Estate agents are Cheap AF, and producers keep undercutting each other. Industry = devalued. End of story.
@@makerman6694 thank you. I totally agree with you.

Niiiiiiiice!! Such a beauty. I’m more interested in the shots and I’m a real estate person.
What would be the max focal length you would recommend if it’s not possible to bring a 16mm?
The best. Thank you for the video!
Why not use an ND to control exposure, so you can choose your fstop for how much depth you want?
When you explained when you go to the spot of the room to set your focus manually, can you do that by letting the auto focus do its thing? Then go and start shooting? Or will it change too much as you walk around causing a blurry image?
Forgot to ask, do you shoot and use every room in the house in your videos?
Hello.. which is better - digital gimbal or steadycam? Why didn't you choose steadycam for shooting the house?
Nice video and a lovely house, i just felt that the finished video had to many push shots without variety?
This was great, thank you!
Great video Parker. Thank you. On white balance, Do you manually adjust the Kelvin per room? Not using the presets?
Great video once again Parker. Can I ask, do you always leave internal lights on or would it be better to turn those off?
Amazing! Very well done! Thanks.

Can you make a video about Hotel/resort cemmercial?
