This is one of my favorite houses I've seen on your channel. It's beautiful and actually feels like a home a normal person can live in. It's not a house with 20 rooms you're never going to use anyway. This house is actually really practical and feels like the perfect house to live in.
True i mean what do we do with 20 rooms if people that will be living with us is max 5 i mean some even have endless sitting areas outside the rooms i mean how are you gonna pay for the electricity and other things if all you do is sit on couches and watch tv's all day long.
Love the house. As a cameraman myself what keeps me watching all your videos is not just cinematography or Enes presentation but also conversations between Mikey and Enes. It just seems so genuine and light hearted and it makes the viewers feel like they are part of the experience. With all your hard work you guys definitely deserve the growing numbers of subscribers.
This is the most impressive house you’ve ever toured! The exact colors I wanted, spacious for my family, extra room for guests nice and secluded and quite, surrounded by nature, huge plot and great balconies!!

So much green, I love that type of hills view! This is my absolute dream location type. I especially love the lower level too. It feels like having a second detached house so far away from anyone else that you can't even see another house from there. It is definitely perfect as your own private retreat when you need time alone.
Nah this has to be the best house you lot have toured on this channel considering the price and the house itself. Has a beautiful backyard and great sized bedrooms. I love the patios, esp the main bedrooms patio. This house is practical and all round amazing. For *only* 10 mill . I’m geeking y’all. I would buy it right now if I could. Damn, this has to be the coolest property you guys have toured. There's something really special about a house that's built on a hill so that you have a back yard at two different levels. And the outdoor stairs just make it a modern beauty. Thanks for sharing this masterpiece of a house!
This house is cool. I mean green everywhere around your house. You woke up in the morning go to your balcony see beautiful views of trees and get some fresh air then start you day. How awesome is that!!
This home is one of my favorite in the $10 mil price range and pretty CHEAP after watching all the the 50 mil ones. I love the Zen vibe. The only thing i would do is to convert the garage into a GYM buy putting mirrors on the wall and getting rid of the garage door for a Fleetwood folding glass module wall. ( You can park in the driveway that could easly hold 6 cars and no need to actually go to a gym with many equipment because you will have it all.) And that downstairs area the is currently staged as a gym, I would keep it as a bedroom ( inlaw ). Oh and one last thing. I would put planter boxes on that very bottom grass path for peppers, tomatoes etc ( Some organic veggies). You could very easy add aout 10 square planter boxes and still have room to walk around them to take care of them.
Loving this house, Enes. Love how secule it is. Feels really private. No neighbors looking in, surrounded by greenery and in just a few minutes away from everything. That's a luxury amenity itself. I'd use that backyard to raise my own veggies, some orange tree, avocado... 👌🏻

I'm amazed by this mention especially since it looks as though it's worth twice as much. I think I would click on the BUY BUTTON. There was something extra special about this property that many properties worth twice the amount lacks. Hardwood floor vs white marble flooring. The wood flooring has warmth and the white tiles have the glamor but finally, I see how a home with hardwood flooring wins.

Although the front entry actually is one of the sides and looks a bit disappointing, the mansion is surprisingly beautiful and superbly designed. This one sure has surpassed the specification that Enes swears and lives by, "Tons of Natural Light".
I was gonna say, " not another cookie cutter modern house " but this one is unique and special. It's like a " 007 or Batman house". It's soo secluded and has a lot of green space. It's beautiful. I think higher price homes I believed you've shown and seen on other videos with other agent's videos that are 30, 40, 50 million doesn't have this homes' character. This one Is special. the videos are always great! But what I'm most struck with is, how 'normal' and approachable both Mikey and Enes seem. I've never been to L.A. - but you always hear how the people are a little 'different'. I can TOTALLY see having a beer with these two - just chilling and having a good time. Anyway, keep the vids coming - its nice to see how the 'other half' live ;)

Great tour as always. I like these relatively lower-priced houses that have pretty nice surprises like carving out an ADU in that backyard. Makes a lot of sense for a gym as well.

This is incredible, and the one thing that stood out to me was the drywall work, all the lines in the architecture makes this home so intriguing
Although the front entry actually is one of the sides and looks a bit disappointing, the mansion is surprisingly beautiful and superbly designed. This one sure has surpassed the specification that Enes swears and lives by, "Tons of Natural Light".

I was gonna say, " not another cookie cutter modern house " but this one is unique and special. It's like a " 007 or Batman house". It's soo secluded and has a lot of green space. It's beautiful. I think higher price homes I believed you've shown and seen on other videos with other agent's videos that are 30, 40, 50 million doesn't have this homes' character. This one Is special. Great video buddy.
the videos are always great! But what I'm most struck with is, how 'normal' and approachable both Mikey and Enes seem. I've never been to L.A. - but you always hear how the people are a little 'different'. I can TOTALLY see having a beer with these two - just chilling and having a good time. Anyway, keep the vids coming - its nice to see how the 'other half' live ;)

Enes actually replied on the Las Vegas super home and I felt complete (thank you), but this home is much better in my opinion. I just love the multiple floors and how more sumptuous it looks

I like these relatively lower-priced houses that have pretty nice surprises like carving out an ADU in that backyard. Makes a lot of sense for a gym as well.
