I am still on the fence with this one. It’s the need vs want situation and being weighed against up and coming Chaosium products and KS I have backed. With that, it is beautiful and having the Haunting in a nice neat package would make it more than a pretty book on the shelf for me. ❤️
@@neurohack9038 A Swedish game called Kutulu - I think it's getting an english translation. Very rules light with some elements from Gumshoe but taken to it's logical conclusion.
Looks great, but i do have reservations on buying it. It looks fantastic and is more of a want than a need. I have the rule book and this would just sit on the shelf to keep pristine. The notes added by previous writer i probably won't read. The haunting I have as a scenario anyway. I wouldn't let players look at it during a session. So not enough to warrant myself personally on another rule book. Might wait for the 50th year release instead and pick up the new adventures being released instead. Personally again for me if i has splashed out on it and got crumpled corners i wouldn't have been as happy as you

Although I have switched what system I use for lovecraftian mystery games, CoC is my first love and this edition looks amazing!
