Fantastic. It’s not easy to find details like this, things like the use of Autopilot, distances, speeds and altitudes. Even if they’re not specifically mentioned, I read them from the HUD.
Although I'm more or less efficient with the Su-25 systems, I watched this video thinking if I was a rookie pilot. Awesome instructions, especially mentioning have patience. Only suggestion would be going over control inputs maybe? Some people might not know what key is for laser on, or increase target size... I know that control setup is a reason why some people stop flying in DCS.
Yes this is quite a mouthfull. I just started on DCS, and have yet to dive into the weapons systems. I am just about getting confident about landing the Su25T safely at this point. Assigning what control inputs would have made this video "top notch"... But even without, it is still very good and helpfull. Thanks :)
Loving these tutorials. One thing I don't think you mentioned is the need to trim the aircraft as soon as you turn off the AP after launching because it will immediately bank in the direction opposite to wing you launched from. That, for me, is the trickiest part of firing guided weapons with the Frogfoot.
@@Sidekick65 I should have added, this is only true for altitude (baro or radar) hold AP or no AP. The attitude hold AP will make that correction automatically if you leave it on for a second or two after firing.
Yeah for a free game (free Steam version) this game is becoming a bit costly :) - First I "had" to purchase a Hotas, and next I found that I also need TrackIR.. waiting for TrackIR to arrive in a few days..
Thank you for the video. Very informative
Thank you for making this interesting and informative lesson showing us how to use Su-25T Guided Weapons effectively.
No problem. Thanks for watching!

Thanks glad that you found it helpful. Hard to know what to include in the narration. It all goes by so fast!
Once again, thanks very much! So appreciated!
greetings out of switzerland ;)
Thanks so much for the feedback. Nice to hear from you!

Yes. Very good point. I will work on that in future videos. Thanks so much for the feedback!

Excellent point. Thanks for the tip.

Got it. Thanks
Gateway you said it :)

Great tutorial. A lot of great information. What in the game did you use for the walls there? Could not identify.
I think you might be looking at the shipping containers. There are a few that come with the standard game.
