The motor has a switch that can rotate voltage, the switch has been on the right side for the last few years, can I rotate the switch? Will it affect my machine?
sorry it took a while to respond. I'm thinking you have clutch motor? If so, the my clutch motor starts 1) slow (like a car) and then stays on evenly 2) Be careful with the switch, if I understand you saying it can rotate voltage...you might be going from 110 to 220 and can cause a shock or may damage your motor. If you love your sewing machine, you might want to look into the servo motor, saves on electric bill and hearing, might run you about $110 if prices have not gone up too high. All the best to you
