To be fair the original "you may get wet" sign for splash mountain wasn't the best themed either. If memory serves it was just a piece of wood or wood looking sign. I think there was a few other signs since splash's que didn't have much. So can't really complain. I'm just happy they kept it. XD
Ngl, i miss the more open queue from before, i don't like hoe everything is in closed, it makes you feel trapped. Also i liekd Splash Mountain's more calmer vibe with it's queue music and darker color palette than Tiana's saturated colors
I’m not sure this was executed the best… but I wouldn’t say it’s the worst either. I’d say “hit it with a couple dashes of tobasco an’ it’s the bee’s knees” (Tiana). Meaning that I feel like it could be improved with a tad more decoration, some musical edits and throwing a few more animatronics as well as hiring crews to come in and make sure everything is really shipshape. I also think that maybe cutting back on a few screens for more practical effects could have been much prettier. I personally would have liked to see the fireflies done like the front walkway at EPCOT at one point in the attraction (not necessarily the queue, I’m talking about the entire thing). The script for the VAs could possibly have used some more fine tuning as well. Some good points about the attraction though are that the color palette does reflect the film pretty well, the animatronics move beautifully and although I have a nitpick about some of the word choices, the voice work itself was done amazingly. (But all in all, if I had had control, I would have bought more land somewhere and given Tiana her own ride from the ground up and with a bigger budget.)
No wonder I didn’t think too much of ride 1st time, they forgot to put in this queue for how story goes🤣😜 Now I have little more respect for Tiana’s bayou adventure & can’t wait to ride in person soon (still will always wish splash mountain was around of course, but @ least seeing opening act before main show restores my faith in this ride)
Because this is Disney, who has a reputation for trying to make the wait times for attractions a little more interesting with some added storytelling and atmosphere.
Queue looks amazing! Love the jazz music!
They could have been more creative with the you may get wet sign.

The queue looks better than the actual ride! Crazy

Thanks for filming the queue line. Yeah, I don't know what to say, but its a little underwhelming? What did you think of the ride?
It's good
They destroyed a perfectly good ride all in the name of DEI.
well they can't just create new rides after all no one would ride their crappy DEI ride if they have the option to ride something good
Exactly
Hey pal, you just blow in from stupid town?
No, did you blow in from stupid town Jaker? Asking for a friend
Tiana’s hot Garbage store

I know this ride sucks it’s not like perilous plunge at Knotts But those beignets look good it’s making me hungry
And at the end of the ride Mama Odie made some and you can SMELL them!
Looks like crap, rushed job not making any sense. I pass!
yes i agree
good ride but doesnt compare to splash mountain
Good how? It's trash
@@BAKER22-l4u i know its trash im just staying optimistic because i ride thursday
this ride still sucks
What is this?! Bed Bath and beyond?! This looks terrible.
Exactly
This theming is terrible.
Wow, Disney really knows how to make a horrendous ride look good.
Thanks James
Why do people care so much about how the queue looks😭
Because the queue is a big part of the ride experience, especially if you’re waiting in a long line.
Because this is Disney, who has a reputation for trying to make the wait times for attractions a little more interesting with some added storytelling and atmosphere.
...said nobody who understands Disney.
