      As a Sarawakian, I'm disagree. That will be capital city that has clean environment. Try to visit Bau (still clean and has good food) and go deeper village, there you will se scraps of plastics and mask. Every time I jog around my neighborhood, I have to take rubbish near the road then throw into rubbish bin. Most of our neighborhood still hasn't get the education on how important to secure cleanness and hygiene. I hope this new government will take notice.

    • @GlobalGibbon
      @GlobalGibbon  3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@ryanoneiljohnson8743 I agree that there is too much plastic lying around everywhere. Everyone needs to learn to put their rubbish in designated areas, like dustbins or bring it home and dispose of it there. There is still much to improve here in Sarawak on this matter.

    • @Izen4
      @Izen4 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@ryanoneiljohnson8743 Well you do found rubbish in every parking lot especially discarded face masks. I live in Bau for all my life & most people here had high degree education. Arrogant and laziness on caring for cleanliness are slowly consumed Sarawakian.

    Looks like Sarawak will be showing up on a lot of people's radar now that Malaysia has changed their MM2H visa to nearly impossible to meet requirements for most foreigners while Sarawak has kept their MM2H visa requirements the same and quite doable. My wife and I had been considering the Malaysia MM2H visa for 3 or 4 years now but that all came to an end several weeks ago. Now we are looking at Sarawak quite seriously. We have enjoyed watching your videos and learning about life in Sarawak.

    Hi! New subscriber here 🤗 Love seeing your vlog in the Kuching city so much that I go to your old videos 😂 New vlog idea, why don't you go and vlog to all shopping malls and pasar malam (uptown) in Kuching? Make it two parts video. It will be a good videos! And it will cured a little bit my "rindu" in Kuching as I'm still recovering from my accident injuries (broken right leg bone to be exact) and always at home for 10 months now. I'm a "jalan-jalan lepak-lepak" type of guy who goes to the same places/shopping malls once or twice every weeks even though not buying anything 😂 (before accident tho) because I love Kuching city so much. Anyways, excited for you next upload bro 💪 Keep it up 💪

    Hi Sir…my hubby is thinking of moving to Kuching. One question it’s easy for expat to apply Spouse Visa SPV and to purchase a property there. In Peninsular Malaysia is really quite hassle if you are retirees expat. I’m Malaysian and My hubby is US Citizen. We are now back in US. My hubby is thinking to retires and we would like to live in Malaysia. My husband got a chance to visit Kuching for work project..when he was working in Kuala Lumpur. He’s really loves Sarawak. Thanks in advance

      @GlobalGibbon  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey there! I have a Spouse Visa (LTSP) here in Sarawak but that's only available for a spouse of a Sarawakian. It was quite a hassle to get. I suggest your husband gets a spouse visa from KL, if you're not Sarawakian. He will be able to stay in all of Malaysia - so also Sarawak. Regarding buying a house, he should be able to buy a house. Last I heard a minimum of 20% deposit had to be made and the property would have to be 400k+. This might be old information though. If you have any more questions, feel free to email me at globalgibbon@gmail.com.

      @@MrRowley5 - Hi There. Yupp ..Malaysia is one of the country’s that very2 difficult to get PR. Now most worse that the Immigration Department has suspended the MMH2 program but I heard it’s temporary. We used to lived in Malaysia and my husband stayed on his Spouse Visa. First Application he was granted only 6 months. Then we renewed it he got 1 year.. we came back to US 2nd applications. Now it’s more difficult for expat to buy property specially Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Sarawak…For Expats…to purchase a property not less than1M under these 2 states. ☹️

      @@ziesurprenant5435 Actually Sarawak has its own MMH2. It doesn't apply to federal state. In here the Sarawak government make the program and handle by themselves. Whatever happens to MMH2 in West malaysia doesn't affect to Sarawak.

    In America, you have to be careful when approach stranger. If you knock on people door, you get welcomed with gun so there is no way the homeowner will welcome you for a cup of coffee. People here, they judge other people by the appearances, not a person character. If you see a disabled person trying to open the door, you try to help to open the door, the disabled person doesn't like that
