@@kjeaquatics yah a couple beta and cardina shrimp breeders they count on me to deliver so I do my best. Personally I think costumer service in America is going down hill. Many get jobs not for the fulfillment of accomplishing anything but just for the money🥺

same idea but I wrap heat packs with newspaper (local store saves some that go unsold so I have free source lol)

Can someone please explain why heat packs need to be wrapped in paper or placed in newspaper bags when there’s already insulation added in the box?
@@paulm0573 you must keep heatpacks from contacting the fish bags directly. If not , more than likely you will end up with dead fish.
The heat pack needs o2 to work, if the heat pack is pushed up against something that will not let it breathe, it stops working. The brown bag will usually make it so there is some space and the heat pack can breathe.

how about using those o2 exchange bags? i heard even if you throw the box etc the fish will not feel the shake
