Don’t know if you got the extended warranty, but make sure you add if if you can. Those fridges fail all the time. I just had mine replaced under warranty about 2 months ago. Lowe’s made it super easy to get the unit replaced. Took maybe an hour start to finish. So glad I got the warranty.

Rubber mats are good to use under fridge - to minimize vibration - helping the components to do its job better. It keeps the ice from thawing. And keeps the freeon component from vibrating.
Word of advice … if you are running that fridge off of an inverter… get the extended warranty at the Depot because you will go through one a year.. if you read the book that comes with the fridge.. you will see that it is not recommended for use with an inverter.. I go through one a year.. but with the extended warranty.. I just horse trade fridges everytime the old one goes kaput

After all the coolers I went through I bought a “ Joy Tutus 25 liter”. So far it’s worker for two years.
