(SORRY I KEPT SAYING UAC, it is pronounced EUC.) Big shout out to JIMMY CHANG, DUF, isthereanyfood, and of course U-Stride for providing tutorials, hints and tips and great content that got me into Electric Personal Transportation devices!
Those exercises are very important. Everything your experiencing are completely normal. I almost returned my Euc, thats how bad i was, now i go for 40 mile cruises. Just keep at it.
haha ya the first day (i actually did not film the actual first day, I had fell off of it the first 3 minutes ) and first thing that happened was i fell and twisted my knee "not my knee again owwww, why did i spend this money, i wont be able to ride this piece of shit haha) that same day 6 hours later, I worked on the leg exercises to gain control of the wheel and it loosened up the knee and and decided to start part 1, which is what you see now. Congrats making it through the sweat and tears and now you are making big strides. Thank you for watching. Subbed to see your future content!
Thanks for these learning videos, they're some of the best on here, not due to you saying anything different to anyone else, but seeing the progress really helps. When I went through my own 'frustration day's and when I sometimes couldn't believe learning this thing was possible, skipping to seeing you on day 5/6 was all I needed!
For myself the breakthrough was switching to a less harsh pedal mode, lowering tyre pressure (to 20 lbs) and realising that a really smooth level surface makes all the difference.
That could always be possible. Be safe in your training (im assuming you are riding now!?) Thank you for coming along the ride and seeing how i learned how to ride.
@@WILSONsHobbies too busy to sub Buddy, I have the msx and the msp. And both one wheels. I need places to go, watched enough TV to last a lifetime. Go make friends and influence others to ride after u get good. Best thing vs PlayStation. Go exploring for real!
I'm surprised being a one wheel rider that you didn't learn in moments. Everyone is different I suppose. I found that practicing on grass helped with the fear of concrete/tarmac. Try not to analyse it and just go with the flow. Good luck and stay safe 😊
Onewheel is 100 percent balanced for you (front , back, side to side) all that is needed is balance to compensate for moving forces under neath the wheel like bumps , gravity and kinetics and compensating for the direction you are turning , whereas the EUC is only balanced front to back for you. I guess you can say balancing on a EUC is like balancing on a Onewheel without the device turned on. Some say riding a EUC is like riding a bike if you rode on top of the handle bars. I like to see what im riding on, so its a little disorienting when on top of a EUC and feels like you are floating lol. I will have to work more on grass i agree, im very fearful of the concrete right now lol Thank you for watching!
@@WILSONsHobbies I wasn't sure exactly how one wheels worked. I've done about 60 miles and still not so confident on concrete. I found that looking straight ahead and not down helped a lot. Can be frustrating but once it clicks it's so satisfying. Only been riding a few weeks so I've still much to learn.
@@hammyhamster4045 Ya man its getting better , it is starting to click a little bit. I used little to no assistance today. Have a look here at part 2 th-cam.com/video/11ZaRofEWFk/w-d-xo.html
This video is great! You are inspiring! I was thinking of buying a future motion one wheel but after hearing about EUC's I think they have won over my heart! I am thinking of getting this model :) What brand is your full face helmet? It seems nice.
Also since I hear you have a One Wheel and probably have some more experience with both now, which do you prefer more? I feel the KS 16S for it's price is a much better bang for the buck compared to a Pint or even XR. It's between a customized Pint and one of these for me.
This is the Bell Super Air helmet. Euc's are great! I think you will see it will be a great investment in the long run in terms of speed and range. I would advize getting a 16x instead as your first wheel. That is just based on my experience.
Yes, i ride the Onewheel. I have videos up for the Onewheel, and a Segway Ninebot Max electric scooter. Im assuming you are referring to the 2 wheel segway device hoverboard with handles?
@@dengjt it is worth having a personal electric device, they are tons of fun once you learn its quirks. depending on where you live it may be part of "the scene" and other places like my neck of the woods it isnt.
@@WILSONsHobbies honestly that's one thing holding me back from getting s onewheel I don't want to be target for theft or nothing lol not popular thing here at all small town
@@dengjt Ya I understand that, i feel that way sometimes but if you are moving on the thing, they will have a hard time trying to get you on foot. LOL Lots of people think it is just a skateboard .

Ya once it clicks, riding EUC's become fascinating and very addictive . Thank you for watching the videos. More content on the way!
Sifference between failure and success is perseverance!! Kudos!! Keep going!!

I agree. Lower tire pressure makes a world of difference
