This tutorial was performed on a Windows 10 computer. This will work with all major computer manufactures that are running Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 operating systems (Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba, Lenovo, Samsung, and so forth)
Commands (Step Three):
netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ip reset reset.log hit
A home network can provide Internet access to your computer, laptop, iPad, iPod Touch, iPhone, Android, printer, telephone, and gaming console. If any of those devices can no longer connect to the Internet from inside your home, try the easy solutions below to get up and running again.

Thank you so much, i was able to get this old hp pavilion g6 up and running again ! :) option #2 was most helpful for me. it showed me where the net connections were and i was able to trouble shoot the wood system directly vs just tryin to turn it on manually. errors fixed and i’m getting all my updates! @@MDTechVideos I have a problem today 14 March 2020 I play online games which have both euope and Asia server account I play daily it's an extreme developers games metal.force PvP car shooting but when I log in to Europe server to play and enter the map for battle it says (no.connection server try again later ) for whole day but on Asian server it allowed me to enter the map and battle i have account on both server ..why the Europe server doesnot let me enter ?

Thanks! Disabling then enabling my wifi (the first step you did) worked for me! My layout was different from yours though. When I clicked Network Connections, it did not go to devices like your demonstration. I had to click "Change adapter options", under "Related Settings".

I just follow the second option and it worked on my asus windows 2010. But there's a twist, I checked first the box that he said should be unchecked then I restarted my laptop without still the connection then finally followed the whole second option and it worked.

I tried the third one and it worked...But after some time the same problem occurs and i tried the third step again and the cycle goes on but after some days it didn't work..Plz help..My internet works on other devices like phones besides my pc it doesn't show that it have an internet connection..Windows 8 and of hp..
Your LAN options are broken and you only can do 3 things only, which they are:
- Backup your data, and put all yours files and other stuff in a disk or a USB and reset your PC
- Buy a new PC
- Buy a new windows and do the same thing like the first one

awesome for like 5 days several computers in my house just stopped being able to detect my router. Tried these steps didn't seem like it was working out well for me. Cuz after reaching third step it wouldn't accept the second command you put in the cmd window the first it did but second it wouldn't for some reason. But after writing the first command (netsh winsock reset catalog) hitting enter then exiting without even restarted somehow got it reading the router again for all my computer thanks man.
