  • Back by popular demand, Farmer in the Deli, in Brooklyn makes the best 'chopped' sandwich in NYC, way better than the Ocky way!
This is a long form video showing more of the store and the process of 'building' your sandwich.
We start off by showing you the awesome Brooklyn neighborhood that Farmer in the Deli is located. We enter the store that the locals call a Bodega.
You can pick anything from the shelves and give it to them and they will put it in your sandwich!
It is obvious that the makers of the sandwiches are well aware of the influence of social media on their business. They are patient and willing to let you get that perfect picture or video.
The sandwich itself is absolutely delicious. It's much like a tuna or chicken salad but even better.
    Give it a try!

    Cap’n Z,
Started watching a few months ago and really like tagging along with you.
I actually work 5 minutes from this place and never knew it. I’ll have to check it out for lunch one of these days. Anyway, I’m enjoying the aviation & travel content but I’m kinda jealous because it would be difficult flying my Baron from KFRG over to Europe!

Hey Andy. First up thank you for your comment and for watching. I am trying to present a unique view into a flying career, so your words are encouraging to me - thanks.
You'd need some big fuel tanks to get to Europe with a Baron! LOL All kidding aside a Baron is an awesome airplane. The only Beech I've ever flown is a Skipper - don't laugh! he he It was back in Maryland when I was teaching and the flight school had one.
I've always though the grille of the Bonanza was damn sexy. Put two engines on that beautiful airplane and it can only get better with the Baron! How do you like flying that? What year is it?

@@CaptainZtravels Thanks so much for the reply! I love flying the Baron. Mine is a 1981 E55 and I’ve had her for 26 years. She’s got steam gauges, is pretty fast for a GA light twin (185 kt cruise), decent payload, 5 hr endurance, very stable IFR airplane..and gives a solid ride even on days when there are airmets for mod turb. It handles well on one engine as long as I respect the weight, rwy lengths and temps. Recurrent training is important. She’s no A330 but she’s no Skipper😀
Anyway, sorry to ramble. Keep the videos coming and let me know if you ever layover at JFK. Maybe we can fly for a burger.
      Andy

Oh great, and now I want a sandwich I can't have on top of the A333 I can't fly. Thanks, Captain! :D
P.S. Don't lean on the chips!
