the best recreation of toni in the style of LCS for gta 3 when looking for a skin similar to that of lcs, mostly they are only texture changes but you did it perfectly, toni does not look run down but he looks a few years older

That's because it's the mayor's brother's firm. There's a liberty tree article from before III's release about the fact that O'Donovan has been stealing the city's funds to build hardware stores and that they built more tenfold. Useful background lore for our mod too since we did integrate his hardware store across the 3 islands to fit melee weapons!

There's no Motorcycles, and there's no plans for it, but there's helicopters.

The Aircraft Mod is already included in this one, so you'll be able to use a lot of helicopters and planes.
Unfortunately, motorcycles are impossible on GTA 3's engine.

I wonder will it run on low end setup? I use my old laptop for modding GTA games because mainly i play on PS5 and it's obvious that you can't install mods on console

I asked a similar question, and one of the devs said that it should be no problem to run on low end setup, just as long as you have Windows 10 or above on your computer.

Sergiu, I do hope someday you do a similar mod to VC to bring VCS atmosphere to the game (like VCS Redux was doing). It’s too bad we never got a PC version from stories, but mods like these add a lot to the experience. It was always hard for me to go to GTA3 and VC after playing Stories.

Not really, no. III needed this because it needed an upgrade to be in line with the rest of the games in the 3D era. But LCS doesn't need that.

For some reason I'm bad at judging the graphics in these old GTAs. I would have guessed GTA 3 and VC to have better graphics than LCS if I didn't know they technically were worse.
