Ray , Question about cost to build fence wall. I'm building same wall as you , 3 blocks down 9 blocks ( 6ft ) above ground . Material cost around 8000 peso per SPAN. 1 span = 9 ft wide 6 ft tall. Rough finish. My problem is Labor cost. 2 Mason (500 each), 2 Labor (350 each), 1 working Foreman (500). Should it take them 4 days to finish 1 span ? So every Span of 6ft x 9ft is costing me around 16.800 peso labor + materials . Should 5 people take 4 days to do 1 span ? Your best guess ? Thanks .

Seems a bit high in cost - should be about 25% less is my guess. On my case we agreed on a fixed price of 5000 per column space
