My name is Bill and I live in Tallahassee Florida currently. I spent six weeks in the Philippines in May and June of this year and part of it in Manila and the majority of it on Mindanao Cagayan De Oro. If you can see my little picture care I do have a Filipina wife who is currently living in Mindanao. I am in the process of buying a little house in Mat-Abang Toledo Cebu. Not nearly as elaborate as your house but I don't require much anymore. I plan on being there in May spending time they're deciding what I want to do as far as Remodeling and updating the house and maybe getting some of it done myself or getting contractors hired. I neglected to mention I am 75 and sure wish I'd found out about the Philippines years ago but it's time for me to make the move and get out of this country or I'll never do it. Then my plan is to come back to Florida and finish selling everything here and being permanently in Toledo by fall. I had been watching your videos and didn't realize you lived in Toledo so I have a couple of questions about Toledo. Are there many American expats there and do they have any kind of an expat organization or meeting or anything of that nature. I know my life would be much better probably if I did know some expats from this country. That was my biggest concern if you can guide me at all on that I would appreciate it. If you want my email I can get it to you I guess with another comment section. I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully when I get settled there we can meet sometime.
