I made this simple but delicious salad roll using mostly things I had at home!

Roasted seaweed [2 sheets]
Crab sticks [6 pieces]
Cucumber [1/2 piece]
Lettuce [1 piece]
Sesame dressing or mayonnaise
[Appropriate amount]
Sushi rice
Warm rice [400g]
Vinegar [2 tablespoons]
Sugar [2 teaspoons]
Salt [a little]
Omelette]
Egg [1 medium size]
Sake [1 teaspoon]
Mirin [1 teaspoon]
Salt [a little]
Salad oil [a little]
Tuna mayo
Canned tuna [1 can 70g]
Mayonnaise [1 tablespoon]
Shiso leaves [2-3 pieces]
