Great arm workout routine and good explanation from the Gift Phil Heath. I agree that you cannot stop for too long in between sets and risk losing your pump. That's when you lose the opportunity to rip the muscle

Another couple top guys who do weird shit: Roelly Winklaar, Cedric MacMillan, Brandon Curry, and anyone who trains under Charles Glass. It's just personal preference really. Seems like hes always trying to avoid tendon damage but keeping the constant pressure on the muscle. Think this guy knows more than most people about training. At that level it must be pretty much impossible to avoid aches in the body from all the training.
I like how he looks away all the time when teing which supplement he uses because he knows its bull whilst when hes explaining the exercise he looks right at you. Never beore has the phrase "the eyes is the door to the mind" a better reflection.

That’s one serious dip machine, both the location of the handles and their ability to move during ROM. For medial, lateral triceps heads, my experience dip machine or bench dips beats close grip bench or push downs.
