I'm installing this garage door opener without the wall mount controller because I have to hide the remotes due to the fact that we have a family member with dementia and he likes to take walks at any given time of the day and night...
I also put deadbolt locks on all doors and door sensors...!!!!
It's hard to watch a dementia patient 24 hrs of the day

A year later on mine is still going great - I need to check the over torque setting because a few days ago when the bottom edge had frozen to the floor it took a lot of strain before the drive tripped off on overload - also, I needed to extend the antenna because my wife's car range dropped to where the bumper was almost touching the door - it had an abundance of range with the old door opener and my car had no range degradation - both Fords and we still don't understand why only one vehicle was problematic.

Do you happen to know if Chamberlain garage Doors have built in laser parking assist? I tried contacting their product service department, however, their agents are unaware of what features their products offer.

As far as I know, no it does not. I have not seen this option on the motor any where.
