    The background music is overpowering your voice and it's so distracting...

    This is another fair description but the music track is too loud! It's almost at the level of drowning you out.

    lets see those "CONS":
    1. EXPENSIVE.... yes.... understandably you pay more for quality living by the lake, in park area with mature trees, golf courses and wooden trails.
    2. FEW CONDOS .... how this is a CON? The idea of Oakville is not to look at those hives but to look at nature and trees.
    3. TRAFFIC - depends... if you leave at 6-7am ...not a lot of traffic / if you take GO train... no traffic at all
    4. FAR FROM MAJOR CITIES ..... how about TORONTO? 30 min by express train? seriously this is far? suburbs to most major cities in the world are within 30-50km radius.
    5. YOU NEED A CAR ...hmmm I didn't know that working for 10+ years in downtown Toronto. / 30 min commute via GO train from Oakville / to get around you have Oakville bus / plenty of convenient stores around within walking distance... unless you live in new Oakville i.e. north of Dundas. (potato fields turned into townhomes with no backyards or trees)

      Hey Im thinking of moving to Oakville but my college is in main Toronto, how far is Oakville from Toronto, as you mentioned you take gotrain. How much time does it takes to reach Toronto.
      Also as a student, what is cheapest way to take round trip from Toronto to Oakville?

    • @Mis_Uszatek
      @Mis_Uszatek ปีที่แล้ว

      @@calib3r403 Go train is about $300 monthly with presto card. Oakville to Toronto is 25-30min if you take xpress train (stops only few time in between)

    Is Oakville turning into another Mississauga?? I want to move to Oakville, but just concerned about the diversity. It’s there a preferred area in oakville like south, west, east ??

      @@quantumhelium yeah… there is no diversity in Brampton and Mississauga. This is very concerning. An an immigrant, I want to live in a place where my kid get to experience a diverse environment…a first world…not a ghetto like Brampton

    • @quantumhelium

      @@WiseTreee Oakville is mostly WASPs, I know because I’ve lived in Oakville for 40 years. You won’t even find Italians in Palermo ironically. Your comment is pretty racist too. An ethnically homogeneous community can be first world. I hope “as an immigrant” you change your way of thinking, and don’t bring that noise to Canada.
