This download link you posted has Physics that are several years old by now... NGP 3 vs NGP 7 today. Definitely go the RallySimFans route! Beautiful stages coming out these days 😁

I'm sure anyone playing racing games is gonna lobes this. I think.the only racing games I play are Mario Kart.
Nothing wrong with Mario Kart! I even have mods on Assetto Corsa that replicate it

RSF version is much better and more realistic
It’s horrible with keyboard … the car simply doesn’t turn … you press left and it takes ages for the car to turn … as you would turn the wheel in 0,2x so dumb … we should switch to a newer game and mod the hell out of it… rbr makes no fun without a wheel , and who wants that all the time ? Sometimes you just want to sit in your cozy chair, even ea wrc makes more fun … the career mode is bad too in rbr … it’s just too old buy now even the Colin Mc Rae from that time have a better career mode which are still fine .. a bit to Arcady handling but mods fixed that aswell .. still enjoying 04 Mc Rae,

have you played Dirt Rally by chance? I haven't yet, but I've heard it's pretty brutal with how realistic it is. but I could be wrong
DR2 is really good, but it’s not regarded to be as authentic as the RallySimFans “edition” of RBR
